La Granja Pembroke Pines East reviews
19It took a moment for the young man at the register to take my order because he had his head down watching videos on his phone. A coworker had to bring to his attention that a customer was waiting to be attended to. Other than that oversight, everything was great: the rest of the service, the food, the attention to detail.
Called for over 30 mins for take out and no one answered and when I got here and asked the cashier if the phones working she gave me a smirk look like I know and we ain't answering phones looks and the manager I guess with blue shirt sitting and joking with other staff and eating too very unprofessional place and it's not the first time I called and no answer
Reasonable prices, tasty meals and cortegeous service, way to go La Granja, I'll be back
Over the years this location manage to keep the essence of the typical flavor of their menu unlike other Granjas.
So annoying I ordered all white meat and half chicken at the drive thru. Didn’t get that! Find out when we got home
Great food and great portions. Delicious seasonings. Good price. Dining room could use aremodeling. 9/10 would recommend
Excellent restaurant food and a very clean place. They serve people very well. I hope they don't change.
Fresh food and great customer service.
I recommend the rotisserie chicken with 2 sides.
In many restaurants, good service covers up the details, but in this case it was the opposite. Actually, when placing the order, they added rice but when we went to get the plate, we asked them to please change the side and the one in the navy blue shirt was So grocery and the cashier too that it even took away my desire to eat! And not only were they rude, but they didn't change it, I had to keep the side they wanted and not the one I wanted to eat! What bad attention and bad service has this restaurant!
This has to be the restaurant where I come most often. Quality at this La Granja is always consistent.
Several times I have come to eat, the people who serve are very friendly, the truth is, there is only one way to verify it and that is by trying their beautiful dishes
While the food is awesome, the place closes at 10 and they were mopping at 8: 30 pm and I am sensitive to smells. The smell was nice enough but we were eating. Also it can make be accident prone for them. Seems like they just want to leave early early, strange as they don’t close as I mention ten.
This La granja has the best tasting chicken because they use the turning rotisserie from the old Kenny Rogers roasters that was previously at this location in a different lifetime years ago.
I know food costs have gone up but portions half the size and sauces now are not given on Uber ordered or delivery, their food without sauce is like a peanut butter sandwich without jelly. Third time in a row despite calling ahead and requesting sauces to be included (also order was missing the beef) don’t want a refund want my food I waited over an hour for
Very busy location at lunch time the food is good but not like real peruvian food, the prices are ok, sometimes difficult to find a table because there are a lot of construction guys. Clean store.
Great customer service, delicious food, great portion for price, love how they the chicken cooking opening
You can’t go wrong. Only thing is that I always find myself comparing La Granja with Pollo Tropical. Both are really good and deserve their credit. I will say that if you decide to come and visit this establishment, you order the chicken. The portions are more than plentiful so don’t be deceived. You can overdue it if not careful. I highly recommend this place. Been coming here for years.
I’ve come to this location a few times and it is always delicious! The chicken soup is perfect for when you are feeling under the weather just be careful because you will find some bones. The Boneless Breast with rice & beans platter is tasty and I love the sauce bar where they have creamy, spicy or sweet sauces and onions to choose from to amp up the flavors. The fact you can get yummy homemade tasting food through the drive thru also is amazing.
I bought a whole chicken for the self-service, when I got home I realized that they had only given me two pieces of chicken. I felt robbed that they charged me $23 for 2 pieces of chicken that disrespected the customer. I called the restaurant several times and it never answered after several attempts someone answers me and tells me that they are in DownTown and do not know the Pembroke Pines telephone number. I am a client who buys at this restaurant at least once a week, but I really think I will consider going back there because lately I have received bad service.
