La Herradura Mexican Restaurant, Orlando FL

I am local and this is one of the places where I bring my family and friends when they come to Florida. Quality, service and price is what I love the most about it. Make a reservation if visiting during a weekend or holiday to avoid all the issues you read about this place. It gets packed fast. Katherine thanks for your great service. You rock girl. This place delivers and you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend it.

It's a good place just to satisfy hunger because the seasoning of the food is not good, I don't know if it's because it's in the state of Florida but in Texas the seasoning is more authentic Mexican.

Very good, fresh, and authentic Mexican food. Our server was very attentive and courteous. We will definitely be back.

Party of 6: kids and adults: Lunch time: when we got there we were the only ones beside a couple at the bar. I chose this place because of the reviews, but for us it was a complete disappointment. We did have one good dish the torta my son got was pretty good. My husband and I shared a molcajete which came with cactus, cheese, beef sausage and fajitas. The beef sausage was over cooked to the point that it was burnt crispy. Overall the food definitely needs work. Our waiter was attentive. The ambiance was nice.

It a fun place for your kid even know you need to work come here and let your kid have some fun while you have a break or work

We wanted to go to eat at this place but they were closed even though they said they open at 12pm and that’s the time we got to the place. When we waived at somebody they just told us no, didn’t open the door to or try to explain why they haven’t opened yet. I don’t see the point of having on the website its open at 12pm when its not true.

The food was fantastic! The workers were amazing. Love love love the atmosphere. Overall my family and i had a great time. I will come back again.

I liked it, the only thing I didn't like is that the tip is included in the total (18%) and then they also leave the space, by mistake, as it happened to me, I paid a double tip, that is, I tipped almost 40%

The food is ok. The carne asada in the burrito it was dry. We're like little cubes of dry dark meet looked more like dog food like pebbles. I come from California maybe that's why I expect different but really The meat looked like when you cook a piece of steak at home and than you leave it outside or The fridge for too long and it gets dark and hard" that's how. For those that have not eat any real authentic Mexican you may find it really good and please I am not saying just to say with all respect I am not Mexican but I love Mexican food and had ate some of the best burritos in California. I travel a lot domestic and international and I love trying all kinds of food. The waitress showed up only to get our order after that he didn't show his face and it was only 7pm on a Saturday was not busy at all. He was just helping us at the time so it wasn't that he was very busy. But he had time to be talking with the other waitress, we needed some refills we had to ask someone else. Not until we called him for our final check in which he added couple of things to our bill that we didn't order. So saying so double check your bill before you leave the place and I hope you get a better service. Ps don't quote me wrong the guy was nice but there was no attention to the customer.
Also they don't have live mariachis like other places do (TENAMPA) On 192 Kissimmee. (live Friday and Saturdays starts between 6 and 8pm food is good I think Herradura has better tasting burritos my opinion) Here herradura the waitress said they have live music but not until 9 or 10pm. I would think this is kind of late specially if you are with family and kids is not like this is a restaurant/night club for starting at that time.

Today we found a hair inside of a flauta and just the server care. The cook asked for the hair and still charge it. Really disapointed. The service is really good but this is a major step back.

Margaritas were not good, I got skinny with Patron and it was not good. Food was ok. Service was ok, but we had a large group. So, that is understandable

A friend and me went for the first time today and had a great experience! The food, ambiance, service and drinks were enjoyable and we will definitely be returning again soon.

The food was very tasty, but the wait was long for the number of people.otherwise all good

Excellent food and service, but the bathrooms were unbearable. It was not possible to enter, we had to have it cleaned before entering.

Taco Tuesday with Happy hour, draft beer house margaritas food is well presented and food is hot and good and Luis my server was above and beyond and working in other areas.he was Awesome!

I liked it.the first time I was in the place and I really liked it.the atmosphere, the food, the service, the decoration, the staff are very attentive. I definitely liked it and I plan to return soon

Practice, the tips are not mandatory, they are optional, it is not possible because the service they gave me today was regular when paying my bill, it turns out that the 18% tips were already added. I think that this is not fair because we must decide for them.not the waiters
