This is by far the best pet supply store in Miami. The staff is very helpful and great towards your pet - they even gave my dog a treat! They are very ready and willing to make a great recommendation, they are reasonable in price with great food products and there's parking!

My sister and I came here into this pet shop to buy some new hamster, and it was nice because the staff here greeted us enthusiastically and even showed us everything that they are selling. I looked this store up and suggested my dad go to it (going together means he has to walk instead of bike). My dad went today and they offered him this adorable young cockatiel! Since birth he's been trained to perch and he's so calm and sweet and didn't wanna leave my side tonight! I love Banana. Thank you for blessing me with Banana!

Terrific pet shop! I was not mistaken about visiting this place because their products suit my pet needs was already right here. Alex was one of their crews who was very accommodating, understandable, and professional. He never fails me on my high expectations! I would definitely recommend and referred to this pet shop to everyone without any hesitation.

The lady in the front was so nice and they did such a good job with our baby! She took her time to explain different tips and tricks for at home grooming. We will definitely be back every time for our babies grooming needs!

I got my Labrador retriever from this excellent pet shop. When I came in, one of their people quickly greeted me with a happy good morning. He asks what I need and assisted me professionally.
