4In the middle of a major renovation. The property manager is great and knowledgeable.
Very bad experience with the valet, when I came they gave me a ticket and took my car. When I was going to leave I paid the $5 for the valet parking and the valet guy comes out and hands me my keys and tells me to go get my own car when I have tools in my hands! Than says to me that cheap people don’t pay for parking so they need to go and walk to their car! Very rude and unexpected behavior from mahoun at the valet service!
Room conditions could definitely be better. Place is secure and safe.easy access to beach, parks, shops, Walmart and banks are in walking distance nice view and not too many people as in other places around.so far good experience.
My in laws lived here for years, and it has good and bad points. The ocean is the best thing. The security is great, it is gated with guards, and the guards in golf carts follow you from your car to the elevator. The valet is helpful for residents, can help them get services like a handyman, or help bringing up or down luggage. There is a nice little gym, and rooms to use for social event. The place has Anthony’s Restaurant, which is popular and has decent food, and good breakfasts. The place is older and dated, and the lobby and apartments need to be redone. A lot of the residents are happy here and enjoy it, but it is not for me
