La Mesa RV Center Sanford reviews
26Large variety and selection of RV's. Our salesmen took his time to explain and walk us through many and gave us the pros and cons of each. Then we had free lunch that's prepared in their facility.
Employees were rude they did not want to help us and talked behind our backs will not go back and will not recomend them to people
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Large facility. I have not brought my RV there yet. I will when the time comes and will update the review.
We visited their service department for some maintenance work. From the get-go, the staff was warm & welcoming. We decided to look at some rigs while we waited. One of the salesman even took us on a tour. He was very courteous, informative, and not pushy at all. When we upgrade, we will definitely come back no matter if we’re in Florida or all the way across the country. As an added bonus, we were treated to a complementary lunch. The customer service here is top notch!
Can't give them a 5 because I haven't bought from them yet. But my visitation there with my wife was wonderful. Very welcoming, willing to burn in the sun without complaining to show us campers. Not hesitate to let us test drive and get a feel of what we are thinking if buying, not pushy at all to sell or anxious to get your personal information. I went to the Seminole Harley dealer a few hours earlier to test drive a trike and they made me feel like I was being brought in for questioning by law enforcement.
On June 2018 We decided to trade in my Travel trailer and went to La Mesa RV. I'm so glad we did because they know how to treat their customers. Starting with our sales guy Tom Faila, what a pleasure to do business with this guy. And when it comes down to service, you won't be disappointed neither with a guy like David Junkins to be there with you all the way through. David Junkins and Teresa Van Cleve are very knowledgeable and will give you best options when it comes to service. Thank you La Mesa RV for your Great Staff.
Another great experience with our salesperson Tom McKinnon hes upfront courteous honest.
Just another great deal on our new Big Horn 5er.
The salesperson was very helpful. They had a big selection. He also let us walk around and didn't push us to make a decision. We will definitely be back
The sales team was knowledgable and friendly as they took us on a tour of the lot. No pressure!
The lid of the front hatch of my Minnie Winnie blew off in transit.
As a Winnebago dealer in Orlando they had a replacement in stock!
I will return to purchase my upgrade very very soon. Excellent prices and expert staff.
They did everything in their power to ignore me, I went in to buy a MercedesSprinter RV or something larger. I was scowled at and of course ostensible because of my race. These are good ol' boys and they want RVs to be bought by white folk- keep it.
I bought an RV at a competitor, they lost the business.
Called to schedule service yesterday morning around 9: 00 A. M. I was told the adjuster would have to call me back. It has been 24 hours and I have yet to get a call. Seems to me that the owners of La Mesa might want to hire a few more people to coordinate service! I can only imagine how many lost customers they have due to circumstances like mine where I will not be calling a second time.
I've tried working with them multiple times, everytime I get an a**hole with an attitude. Spend your money somewhere they appreciate your business (like giant recreation world). This is on their parts/service section.
Somewhat disorganized in my individual experience. However, everyone was good to me and made great recommendations. Customers eat lunch free, which helps cope with waits.
Huge selection with golf cart service to browse. Friendly help with no sales pressure. Everyone should explore the RVs as the options are amazing. A whole exciting lifestyle!
What an awesome place to hang out if you like RV'S of all sizes. Big thank you to Pete, sales mgr. James our sales person, Cathy our transaction expert, Wendy our customer service agent, Shawn our walk around instructor, Brendan our travel trailer towing expert, Rich for fine tuning detail work, the lady's that fed us lunch. Everyone went out of there way to make this experience a memorable one. Will be my pleasure to recommend your company to my friends and family. Thank you!
BEWARE customers do not waste your time and money purchasing
these RVs are pieces of garbage and they will not support warranty on their manufactured defects
paid $26,000+ dollars for something that is not worth $0 now it is a 2017 heartland 33 foot travel trailer and it currently rains inside since the day we purchased it
My service technician Dallas and his electrical guy fixed my all my issues while I waited. Fantastic job LaMesa. Thank you again Dallas (service dept) Gloria Efird.
Outstanding, needed a last minute oil change and generator service right before MEMORIAL day weekend and they fit me in. Great service!
Purchased 2118 allegory rsx May 26. Here it is July 20 and cannonball to finance man. Problem with getting 7no one tended service. My finance man was Dallas Lostutter and sales apathy Canetti. Seems they are too busy to complete the paper work once they think you acetone. Will not return calles
