They are very bad at fulfilling their obligations. I bought a house. And after a year they still don't give me the 5% refund that they promised when signing the contract. And I met all the required requirements. For my part, always punctual in each payment and until the end, I was even paying a month more than I needed to meet all my obligations and to no avail.

Son muy malos cumpliendo con sus obligaciones. Compre una casa. Y después de un año todavía no me dan el 5% de reembolso que prometieron al firmar el contrato. Y yo cumplí con todo los requisitos exigidos. Por mi parte siempre puntual en cada pago y hasta el final, estuve hasta pagando un mes mas de lo que necesitaba para cumplir con todas mis obligaciones y fue en vano.

After a rough time dealing with TRG MANAGEMENT the new company that took over the property is making this place a good place to live and raise your kids im really happy now thank you.

No complains at all. Been living here for 3 years now. Extremely pleased. The staff and the management are very profecional, respectful and always willing to give the extra mile.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, the apartments are ok and cheap, but the staff is the worst, starting for the manager, she has a really bad attitude and it’s amazing how being the manager she doesn’t know how to treat the clients with respect, at the point the she shut the door on my wife face before we even finish talking to her, and we were only asking about an extra charge the office send us.
Also the maintenance is really bad we made a report at the office and it takes them more than a week just to come and see what’s the problem is, and then once they come we have to wait at least one more week because they need to order the parts.
