La Placita Taco Grill reviews
14 I seen the reviews so I wanted to give it a try and I wanna see what’s the hype but it is really horrible food it’s not even diamond authentic Mexican food. Bad customer service. My food wasn’t even right and once I arrived for the take out. The female at the counter was very rude my horchata was not prepared.
This review is based on my bad experience. Very expensive you better off going to homestead and try some real authentic Mexican restaurant. This is Mickey Mouse
Wow! Best Mexican food in Miami by far. The Cochinita pibil was excellent, just like the homemade salsas. Friendly owners and staff. Found a new favorite.
Jacalito is still my #1 for tacos, but this place is pretty good, too. I got the Birria tacos, and the meat was super tender, but overall, a bit greasy. Service was very friendly.
Good flavor. Good quality ingredients. Good service. A bit expensive. Over $80 for a family of four. We had two burritos, two orders of tacos and one order of chips and salsa.
This is my second time here and I’m making it my goal to try each and every taco on this menu in search of the one that is mediocre or just good. As you can tell from my 5 star review I am still searching.
You cant go wrong with anything on this menu. And the staff is lovely! Glad I found this place!
This place is delicious and have great prices as well. We ordered the ribeye tacos with guacamole and chips, the taco trio with 2 cochinita pibil, and 1 carnitas taco. Everything was amazingly delicious. We are definitely coming back to this place.
Great spot! I have been looking for a casual taco spot, that has classic combinations. Last night was my second time visiting and I was so excited about their posted special of Birria Tacos! I have been wanting to try this style of taco for a while and finally got to have them last night. Absolutely the best!
Daniel, Jinet y Amanda…they are all 3 wonderful just like their food. Not only authentic but also creative, well garnished and complimented with so many extras…. Pricing also decent:). We have dined here 2 times back2back and come from Miami Beach for this food. Try Birria, Crispy Chicken, Chorrizo and then everything else
Love the flavors and unique style of tacos and quesadillas they offer. A bit hot in the dining area and a bit pricey but worth it once in a while
1st timer. Ordered birria tacos (also first time) elote and horchata. Elote came with generous cheese and cream warm.and delicious with just enough kick to wake your taste buds up. Birria tacos were phenomenal. 3 to an order, decent sized tacos. Cheese completely melted, beef absolutely tender. And the sauce absolutely divine. Washed down with a nice cold horchata that was just right not overly sweet or heavy handed with the cinnamon. Did not get her name but beleive i was helped bu the owner at the counter. Sweet lady who explained the menu. Food came out quickly. Will return soon and highly recommend
Hit or miss. I ordered the same meal on different days and one time the meat was super dry and tasteless, the other time it was delicious. I love the location and the staff is friendly. I'll update my review on my next try.
What a waste of money. I was told that the trio tacos was going to be filling as a meal but they were so small and wasn’t even filling. I was so hungry after eating it. That’s not even the worst part. The worst part is that the meat both chicken and beef was so dry and tasteless I almost choked. There was no flavor in the tacos. I also ordered Huevos rancheros and when I open it up it smelled so rank and tasted so bad. It didn’t even taste like Huevos rancheros. I took two bites and threw it away. I couldn’t eat it. It wasn’t appetizing or appealing. Don’t waste your time and money here. The food is very expensive and doesn’t even taste good?
The best authentic Mexican food I’ve tasted. Their whole menu is delicious, it’s always worth the time. The staff is super sweet and helpful.
