La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cocoa Beach Oceanfront

Wow I have been at several motels during past year due to COVID-19.
Have to say this one is my absolute favorite one. Open the backdoor and you have private entrance to beach or to pier. Beautiful,
Also 24/7 you want a quiet mind clearing place to chill? Outside by pool is a waterfall you can eat breakfast or anything to our want there.

I wasn’t sure if I should choose this spot for our vacation but I am so glad I did. Perfect spot to see the ocean from the big open windows. We had a top floor room. Made the mornings and afternoons so relaxing. Rooms were large and clean. Perfect spot to walk on the pier and also next to many amazing restaurants, Kennedy Space Center, and Merritt Island National Refuge. Breakfast had many options but coffee was not that great. Overall this place was wonderful and would love to come again don’t listen to bad reviews.

Unfortunately our group wasn’t able to stay. After months and months of planning we booked a suite here paid it off in March Got here and they over booked the hotel, because of a marathon in town. Shift supervisor at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever encountered.
We told her we had a paid receipt and she said the General manager cancelled our room. 6 of us standing outside without any place to go. We couldn’t even stand in the lobby she threatened to call the cops. Coincidentally the General manager was gone that day
Luckily American Express will be going after them for a refund of the 1200 dollars we paid them. I’m so disappointed in this
place. I will bash the Laquinta hotel company for as long as I live. You can’t give away a paid room. I want to warn people so they don’t fly 1000 miles to be turned away. The management of the front desk should be FIRED.or put in the laundry room where you don’t handle customers. We are going after corporate, I sure hope they do something.

Found bugs and droppings in our bed! We’re only given 15 percent off our stay after having to change rooms! Terrible service and horrible management staff. Do not stay here. The air conditioning was so poor, you could look at the door and see the outside from such huge gaps around the door and the room wouldn’t hold any cool air. Just so poorly updated and a nasty place for what they charge. Go anywhere but here!

Beautiful views of sunrises and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Front desk employees were all friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was also good.

Good location, nice staff. Rooms old furniture and not clean enough, poor breakfast, pay for parking.

Too expensive for what they offer. I've been in hotels for 80 dollars a night that are more luxurious and with more comfort, a depressing room for 356 dollars a night seems like a big scam, it's a great offense

Guy at the front desk was very hard to understand. The room was musty, damp and outdated. You could see water damage on the ceiling, which means there was probably mold. The floor was dirty as soon as we opened the door. The toilet seat was broken, a light was out in the bathroom. The bed was terrible. It was like laying on a boxspring only. There was a nice woman on duty for breakfast and also a nice woman we turned our room keys in to.

I would like to recognize Andrew the evening front desk staff. His demeanor and warmth really made us feel welcomed. His recommendations in regard to the room, beach services and overall about the hotel and local attractions were just what we were looking for. The room we received was excellent with an amazing view. Thank you so much for you help.

Had beach view, rooms were clean. Would be better if dehumidifier was in room. Overall good experience. Saw dolphins in the morning sitting on the balcony.

The room was well bow sub par. The sink didn't drain and the toilet would leak. Worst of all the shower, near impossible to turn on. Talk to staff and they didn't care about my concerns. Avoid it if possible.

Rachel and Summer were awesome at check in and were so helpful. We will definitely be back anytime we visit Cocoa beach.

Beach view was extraordinary! Pleasant waterfall next to pool. Relaxing spot. Pool bartender was friendly.
Close to Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral.
Close to Dolphin boat tours, a good diner, and a restaurant to watch the sunset. We were well pleased with our stay.

We went here for the Thanksgiving weekend. We had an oceanfront room with balcony. Great view for sure. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. The only reason for the 3 stars is due to these reasons: First the $10 to park fee is unreasonable considering the price charged per night-it wasn’t even gated with no security. Secondly the rooms are very outdated and not really clean-again based on nightly rate. Thirdly the elevator was so slow we truly could walk the stairs faster-luckily we were only on the third floor. Really need an upgrade or better yet-lower their rates.

The rooms are spacious, VERY clean, and well designed. The staff greeted us cheerfully and assisted us with directions, launch schedules and tips around the area. They were GREAT!

Room and grounds were very clean. The Pool, grounds, Ocean and Pier view were great. Breakfast was good. Would stay again and recommend
