Other then the staff being as friendly and helpful as possible was the only good part of the trip and not their fault management has this place looking like a dump.

I understand that hotel management cant control how the city cares for surrounding areas because as soon as you turn off the main road and enter the hotel area you are greeted with unfortunately homeless people hanging around the area. But its not their fault the area looks like a dump.

Now this is where Hotel Management takes over, from the outside the hotel looks like it could use a fresh paint job or even just a good power washing to clean up the mildew looking stains dripping down the walls.

As you walk in the lobby is not inviting and it looks dingy and dirty. One thing I noticed that maybe brought all of this together for me was as we were checking in I noticed the La Quinta sign on the wall was slanted and if you cant put up something on a wall as obvious as your sign and make it straight you dont care about the hotel.

Now on to the rooms, what can I say, horrible comes to mind. Dingy, dirty, rusty, grimey are just a few words i think of. Looks like no one vacuumed in a long time even though there were stickers that stated rooms were cleaned.

The bed sheets had hair on them and also a big circular stain, who knows what that was. I asked for new bed sheets and was told to just leave those on the floor.

Your probably wondering why we didnt run at this point, we were there for a quick one night stay and the other hotels in the area jacked up their prices since it was labor day weekend.

I also heard a staff member tell people coming in to book that it was a two day min to stay. Thank God we booked this in advance and weren’t required to stay more then we wanted to.

I’ve traveled around the country and stayed in many hotels and this was by far the most disgusting unkept hotel ive ever seen. Walls in hall ways were peeling and it actually looked like they were in the process of remodeling maybe, but i highly doubt it because they need to gut it all out and restart.

I feel bad for the workers as they are just being paid to do their jobs and not their fault that management/owners have not maintained the hotel properly.

Nice clean rooms! Check in and check out staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great! Enjoyed the pool very much but could use a little update! Overall great stay!

This hotel was a HORRIBLE experience. Thank goodness it was only one night. So run down and filthy. The room was so small. The beds were horrible. Everything was so dirty! There was no soap or shampoos in our room. I asked the staff for some amd they only had shampoo and bar soap, no lotion or conditioner. Far better options in the area. Will never, ever stay here again.

Very average shabby hotel, it wasn't even that cheap, sofa bed not made, hard work getting bedding for it too, reception seemed chaotic. Breakfast wasn't bad but also not amazing

The breakfast was far less and disappointing compared to other motels. I travel a lot and the breakfast is bleak

Ok at best. Air conditioner in room did not work. Smells moldy. Dated! Won't stay again.

Checkin was supposed to be at 3: 00. Our room was unavailable until 6: 00. Manager was rude and just acted like we should shut up and deal with it. She kept making excuses but never offered a discount or anything to make it right. Checkout is at noon, so we basically payed for a 21 hour stay and didn't get to use 3 of those hours. 15% less time in our room should mean at least a 15% discount. Stay somewhere else, it'll be less of a headache.

This hotel in unacceptable in its cleanliness and appearance. The carpet and cloth furniture were filthy. The walls and doors were dirty and needed painting. The inside of the rooms needed detailing and better cleaning.

June 20-22,2022. UPDATE:
In 4 years things have changed. Room a bit worn, BUT very clean. I'm still giving them 5 stars! Michael, Martha and Willie running the place almost single handedly and doing a good job of too! Wonderful people. We'll be back. I still highly recommend this place. In these "post" (?) Covid times they're dancing as fast as they can.and not doing too bad of a job if it!

Best 2 nights of 7 of our trip so far! Joy checked us in and out. Joy and entire staff welcoming. Room was wonderful and extremely clean. Very nice size. AC worked just fine. Continental breakfast great and well maintained. Entire experience was fantastic (and much needed). Easy access in and out. Adequate room in parking lot. Right next to Cracker Barrel, Starbucks and gas!

It was a good choice. Just needed a place to sleep for 2 nights. Breakfast was good as well. No noisy kids at all made it better.

BED BUGS! I took my three small children down to Viera for a Baseball tournament and we stayed in this hotel. My daughter woke up the next morning with bites up and down her ankles. The bed bugs were crawling on the mattress NASTY!

Recently stayed here on a trip with 15 High School students. La Quinta needs to step it for sure.and one way they can begin is by promoting Mrs. Martha! She was outstanding, and there for every need we had. So, La Quinta please.you NEED to promote Mrs. Martha she is what is holding this specific location down! This woman can do it all!

Usually, "you get what you pay for" is very true; however, this little gem is an exception! Not very expensive but completely worth it! Plus you receive complimentary breakfast! As well as a pool!

The location is perfect, so near everything! A super Target across the street, Cracker Barrel next door, very close to I-95, my daughter and I LOVED staying here! Xoxo!

Staff is lovely, martha was gracious and kind to my husband as he had forgotten his pillow behind and we did not have the key. Would definitely stay again.

Great staff and service. Minor repairs needed but not terrible. Needs more lighting in the front parking lot.

Was the constant subwoofer noise all night there was sewage backup smell all through the building and we were told that they only had 3 rooms so the region and the pricing with higher due to low availability on occupancy. So they virtually price gouging because they knew they had only 3 rooms. I stayed at this place 3 weeks prior nice quiet stay I don't know what's happened in the past month but I take it need to turn around
