Hotel from outside was looking good but as soon as you walk in a hallway you will regret you came here. It smells moldy and they had big garbage cans in few places due to water dripping from the ceiling, Hallway carpet has huge black stains and worn off. You enter room and the carpet is same condition. I didn't want to take my shoes off. Beds were too old that you can feel those springs. Surprisingly sheets were clean. Bathroom doors are like closet doors. Water flow is too low and not enough hot water. I will never go there again, I would rather pay $10-$20 more and go to Hampton inn across than stay here.

Me and my friends went here for a little weekend trip and our first impressions of this hotel were not splendid, crusty duct taped elevator, walls and paint job is falling apart, nasty carpets and even worse we found bedbugs in our bed. This hotel is like a SpongeBob nasty patty, would not recommend coming here.

This hotel was disgusting we had BED BUGS and blood on the bed and other mysterious stains on the bed and roaches in the closet and so many dead bugs everywhere. Do not stay at this hotel everything about it is gross

The first time we stayed here it was a three star now it has gone down hill fast. It is dog friendly. The carpet was nasty and really needs a face lift.

I was told there were rooms available and when I said I was staying with my wife and dogs then it was “ no sorry there’s nothing available” pet friendly really? I always stay in these hotels all across USA because I travel with my dog. Won’t use them ever again.

The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable-especially with 4 dogs.
Unfortunately we only stayed <4 hours because of the quality of the hotel and room. The carpets between rooms is infested with mold and other bugs. Orange mold was growing up the wall outside of our room and was fuzzy (meaning its been growing freely for a while).
The pool was closed down by the health department for being too dangerous to swim in.
The carpets in the room were so dirty that when we walked in dust blew up around our feet. The couch had visible stains as well as the bed. When we asked for clean sheets the maid told us they were out. Meaning what? Where are yall getting your clean sheets for people?
Its been two weeks since we "stayed" and both of us have respiratory infections that WONT GO AWAY.
I cannot tell you enough: AVOID THIS PLACE. Your health depends on it!

Service was hit or miss, depending on their level of distaste for my skin color.it is what it is. The rooms are nice n spacious, same w bathroom. I had a wonderful view of the pond n palms; I loved it. They allow cats & dogs. For a week it was $85. Not sure how they come up w that # but that what we were charged. Interesting tho: there’s a LQ van parked out front that’s labeled ‘Orlando Airport’. It comes and goes, but I’ve asked about it twice and they claim it’s not for guests. I’m like, “Who’s it for then? ” The phone rep said employees. To the airport? Makes no sense. Why wouldn’t you take a guess 2 mi away if the van just sits there? I also asked for a toothbrush n toothpaste- I saw one I thought in their snack room. She said they didn’t have any. They do offer overpriced snacks- $4 for a can of soup, $3 a candy bar. The TVs are really nice- equipped with YouTube n Netflix. Nice big ≈ 65” screen. Except for my few misunderstandings, I really enjoyed my stay. Oh, & they offer hot breakfast! Waffles, bagel, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, oatmeal, coffee, hot tea, juice. And they offer hot beverages 24/7. Nice touch. Property is very nice w ducks /geese/pelicans n a large pond, palms, flowers, thick green grass; there’s a pool, meeting rooms, prob a biz center, fitness, & vending. Large breakfast room w seating. Lots of parking. Next to a Cracker Barrel, Applebees, Waffle House, McDonalds, Chikfila, BP gas station (not 24 hrs), an Amazon locker hub, and a handful of other hotels, extended stay style. Great area, right on JTB & the 95.

Satay away from this hotel! We needed a hotel to stay overnight and i rented here on accident i thought it was the holiday inn next door. Omg the lobby a disaster dirty i should’ve walked right out, we made it to the elevator being held but DUCT TAPE! Made it to the room and it was disgusting. Period blood on the toilet, dirty carpet, no towels, moldy damp smell. We ran out of there. We will demand our $90 back with corporate if we have to but this is why people don’t want to stay at hotels anymore. You can’t find a place to rest your head that doesn’t look straight out of a horror movie. How this hotel has two stars i have no clue. But this is unacceptable and should be looked at my the proper people. Disgusting!

I like the customer service, the place is quiet, the only thing I didn't like was the elevator, I feel a little dangerous because of how old it is, and the carpets in the room I feel like they lack cleaning. The rest is very good.

The hallways smell TERRIBLE. The rooms were absolutely filthy. It was damp and the carpets were also squishy and had moisture. There were broken hinges on the door and the rod for the shower curtain was hanging on by a thread. For the price, go 45 minutes outside of Jacksonville and get a much better room somewhere else.

Staff was great but overall the hotel "needs updating. " Elevators are just Nasty. Bathroom (toilet/tub) not fully clean.

My God, the first impression is what counts. I wait for the managers of this place because it is not a hotel. Look and read the comments because this place is really falling apart.
