La Quinta Inn & Suites Miami Airport East

My stay at La Quinta was horrible! #1. When I got my room it smelt like somebody pooped on the ground! #2. There were cockroaches! #3. It looked like they didn’t even clean the room and there was a brown spot on the blanket! #4. Everybody/Everything else is/are nice but they have really got to step there game my stay was horrible!

The air in our room never really cooled it off. The people were not too nice but not rude just looked like they had a long day. The room was clean and for the price it was ok. Picked this place to be able to park my car in Miami.

As soon as i walked in it smelt like somebody pooped real bad in the bathroom. Their was also roaches, and the beds were very dirty. The elevator smelled horrible and the hallways smelled like someone was smoking. And the TV didn’t even work.

Hotel was a bit dataed. Location was near the airport, but rooms were not insulated well, so you could hear every plan that passed by. Free breakfast was expected. Toast and cereal.

It did the job but not very gracefully. The shuttle vans top notch *****. Front desk staff *** Hot and Cold some were great and super helpful. The Friday morning Check-Out group seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. I give them credit for still working through it. The breakfast worker within the las 90 minutes of breakfast -***** stars. That lady was just working angry. She needs more support or training on how to work with the onslaught of ready to go hungry cruisers. My room *** clean overall. The bathroom has stranger hairs allover the place even the walls in the shower. GROSS.

Not very good at all. Highly disappointed. Not enough electrical outlets, room was not stocked, front desk had no amenities, pool was filthy, not enough food for all guests at breakfast.when issues were brought to the attention of staff, they were not interested. They also advertise transportation to and from the port. But, not so. We had to pay for return.

Room was clean, shower needs refreshed. AC seemed ok. The free shuttle to the pier was nice - make sure you ask for it when you sign in. We screwed up and did not ask, but the bus wasn't packed so they let us on.

Staff are friendly and nice shutter to airport I don't recommend was noisy it's between two hotels where always got people confuse specially Uber drivers

The rooms were very clean the only thing I had a problem with this there was not enough towels and the Wi-Fi didn't work. But I would have to definitely thank the manager Hector for allowing me to print off my flight itinerary at the front desk. One more thing before I forget they should have also cleaned that hotel from smelling like mold and or old water.

4th stay here. Nothing has changed. This hotel needs a thorough cleaning. Black carpet is fine.if you vacuum often. Water in the tub still doesn't shut off. Toilet ran all the time. Won't be coming back.

Pretty standard la quinta with great comfortable bed and amenities. Hard to find though and had an old feeling

Hotel is clean, staff is ok! Shuttle bus runs 3 times to port and can't accommodate people who need to be there by a certain time. Their breakfast is low key, meaning not enough variety.

I like very much great staff very friendly only complaint is breakfast could be better and no fridge or microwave in rooms. But staff was really great and helpful. NICK deserves a raise. Hes done a fantastic job dealing with all the Blockheads

Thought we were getting a deal where hotel allows you to park up to 10 days free and shuttle you to the port. Unfortunately with cameras and leaving our truck parked directly in front it was not there when we arrived back from cruise. Staff was not at all empathetic and we then were informed this happens all the time. Pay port charges for parking if you want to have a vehicle on return!

The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. We went through 3 different rooms before finally resting our heads for a few hours. The first room was filthy and hot, the second room had a broken air conditioner as well, and the 3rd room was dirty. Our final room was old and run down.
La Quinta used to have a reputation for being a nice place to stay for a quick trip but the last couple of La Quinta hotels we've stayed at have been scummy. This is one of them.

Good for shuttle's to airport, cruise port and leaving your car while you cruise. Not within walking distance of any good restaurants. Older hotel, we had issues with toilet running, no hot water in sink and room not being cleaned.

There was no mini fridge which was a deal breaker for me as i had food prepared at home for my baby that i needed to refrigerate. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable. When we went to grab breakfast quickly before going to the airport at 8am, there was nothing as they had not replenished what was finished.

Stayed here two weekends in a row in between a seven day cruise. Will use this hotel again if I stay in Miami in the future. Staff was very nice and the room was adequate.

Clean room, great breakfast, swimming pool we also tried, friendly staff, delayed check-out, airport pick-up

The first receptionist name was Nick was real rude. Everyone there after was pleasant & accommodating. The air conditioner needed to be replaced & was done so promptly! Some of the carpets need to be replaced. Looks dirty and has a musky odor. For a night or 2 it will do for the price.
