My mother sent her things from Orlando to Philadelphia and 4 boxes were missing they told her she was going to be refunded 80 that was overcharged and never received anything. Please be careful when choosing this company look at the reviews.

Poor service, all my moms boxes were damaged in some way, d despite some of them being marked as fragile. My mom had no better options at the time sadly but if you do, stay away from this disastrous company. The delivery team, one of them was really nice. The other was a complete and utter disgusting human being, even calling cussing at me. It is sad that the management team allows this.

I will not be a customer of this company again. They do NOT respect or value our things. When my boxes arrive I realize that my husband's two best perfumes have been stolen. And they are so stupid that they leave empty perfume boxes inside my boxes. You can see that they opened my box with a fine knife and then put a lid on it. (I have the photos and proofs) Better go with another company that offers better service and worry about your things. It is not worth paying a little cheaper for the service they provide, it's that simple. LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY!

I received my stuff but missing two of my husbands best perfumes. Stupid enough to left the perfume boxes empty inside my box. They decided to open the small box with a blade and then they covered it with the tape on top. I have proof of what they stole from my personal box. I will not be a customer again. Go with another company even if you pay a little more, you will receive a better service.

I sent boxes of all sizes, 2 armchairs and two sofas, a chest of drawers and other small things like 2 paintings and they gave me a price over the phone and they came here and charged me 1,100 dollars more. They give you a price and then they nail you and that's what They ask what you are going to take, they never come to see the things and even so I told them, well, leave half and he didn't take them and I'll give you a price right away, he said it was like 500 more and when they finished the dunk of the year. They charge for every little thing from 40 and up but they don't tell you until the end or every piece of crap I sent was worth that. I'm not coming back.
