Good Tacos. Some are repetitive. We went Tuesday as they have Taco Tuesday and you get an extra taco. (3)
I went for the Jamaica drink. My husband had a good Margarita. The salsa appetizer was very fresh.
All in all a good authentic Mexican neighborhood restaurant.

It was worth coming from so far and enduring the traffic.

While the queso fundido, carnitas tacos and shrimp quesadillas were very good, the steak tacos were just OK, and the tacos "al pastor" were dried out and shriveled pieces of mystery meat.
We went on Taco Tuesday (3 for 2) and still ended up paying over $100 for 2, including mandatory 18% tip. Tacos shouldn't be that expensive.

We barely were asked if everything was ok or if we needed anything. We needed extra beverages and took a while for them to notice we were calling them. They didn’t offer water was odd. Must improve that part

Best octopus tacos ever! No cap Love it there. I also love the appetizers with the beans. As for the elotes, not the best. But tacos and sides will get you falling in love with this place. I also had a nice drink. Cocktails are tasty. But be aware, lol you might end up spending banks though.

Private PARKING -NOBODY KNOWS BECAUSE THE SIGNs ARE BAD. $55 PARKING TICKETS ON EVERY CAR! TACOS WE WET AND FELL APART. PICO HAD UNRIPE TOMATOTES. Columbian Mexican.lol.

It was a great find by accident. Great authentic meals and drinks. I definitely recommend for a date night.

I used to love this place. But now they don’t produce an itemized bill…they force the card reader at you with an already added 18% tip…without acknowledging it…and ask you for MORE tip. And the parking lot is policed by a very aggressive private company. So…. If a $55 dollar parking ticket, a stealth service charge, and some, quite frankly, over priced tacos is your thing…. Then this is your place!

This place tbh disappointed. It's so expensive. Especially for the neighborhood. Ordered a few things (two beers, a margarita, a glass of wine, a quesadilla and guac n chips) and had a $100 tab.it's not a bad place, food and drinks are fine, but apparently I can't afford it, and many will have that vibe.

The tacos were amazing, don't get me wrong the reason for my 3 stars is cause of the service, we had to always look and look and try to get someone's attention and they Barley ever checked on us and the worse part when the bill came they already added the tip so you can't chose what to give them and get this on top of the tip that they added (which I believe it was 18 percent) the server had the nerves to handy me the credit card machine and added another 7 percent tip chosen by her on top of the 18 and I said why 7% since the tip was alredy included on the first bill she gave some none sense explanations I think u do have the option to put no tip on the screen (for the 7%only) but still for them to add that I was extremely turned off so keep this in mind when u visit but the tacos were delicious we had the steak tacos and the shrimp tacos super good.
Ps: you will have to pay for parking.

The food was ok but it is VERY expensive for the quality and amount you get. Worst of all you WILL get a parking ticket if you park in the lot next to the restaurant and go over your meter by even a few minutes.

Food was great and service very fast, Love the location near Citadel.
Prices are fair.

The waiter was the worst of all. Tip is included but the waiter doesn't notify you or have it written somewhere - I feel like the waiter didn't even try to be available and went missing the whole dinner.
This was Last nite 10/20/23 Friday between 8-9pm - my friend and I - we ordered an octopus bowl, 4 tacos a pico de Gallo and a guacamole. Small portions, overpriced and very salty and limey. Hot sauces weren't flavorful just salty. Ruined my night.

Every food item we ordered was very good, the cheese with chorizo is just wonderful, gotta have it!

Food is excellent, service is good but beware the tips are included. We didn't notice the tips were included and the waiter did not point that out either, even though he stood next to us and watched us gave him extra 20% tip.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at "La Santa", and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The experience was nothing short of amazing, thanks to the delicious drinks they offered.

From the moment I walked in, the vibrant and inviting atmosphere set the perfect tone for a memorable meal. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about their menu, which made choosing the right drink a breeze.

I sampled a variety of their beverages, each one more delightful than the last. The mixologists at La Santa truly know their craft, and it's evident in the attention to detail and perfect balance of flavors in every drink!

My experience was amazing at this spot I felt like in the islands, so I have share my amazing experience at "La Santa Taqueria". Roko, Argentina, and the whole staff created such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The music, the drinks, everything was spot on! I even made some new friends while bothering them about playing the music I like haha. Can't wait to go back for more good times and hang with the crew. Good vibes only!

The server homero sucks. I ordered queso fundido as an appetizer and three orders of tacos, and for dessert the brownie and the flan for me and my man. The appetizer and all those tacos came out together. How are we supposed to eat an appetizer and three orders of tacos at the same time it makes no sense. Like can yall eat three orders of tacos and a appetizer at the same time? Let me know if yall can cause i wanna see it. He told us oh well theres nothing i can do, the restaurant was empty it was not busy there was two other tables i dont know why he rung up everything in the micros at the same time. We pushed the tacos to the side, ate the appetizer first, and then when we started eating the tacos they were room temperature. Then when i asked for a box and the server gave me a box, no bag, no ramikins for my sauces seeing pretty well i fixed myself up a plate with my leftover tacos and leftover sauces. And then he offered us dessert and i told him i already ordered dessert with you when i sat down. And he flinched and put the order in. And im not cheap i had shitty service and i still tipped the server, and he charged us $4 for chorizo and the menu says its $2 for chorizo in the queso fundido. I wasnt gonna argue with him about $2 but i want yall to know that he tried to finesse me and add $2 extra to the order the menu says $2+ for mushrooms or chorizo why was I charged $4. The food is great like always but the service sucked the server sucks bro i spent $100 on shitty service and ontop of that when i was paying your server was leaning his face in closer to see if i was gonna tip. When i go back if i see this guy i dont want him taking my order. Like ima ask for someone else that knows the steps of service.

It is always a pleasure to eat at La Santa! They have quality products and the service is 10!
