My daughter and I came today for her birthday lunch and it was our first time eating at this restaurant. I have seen lots of advertisements and thought the Cuban sandwiches looked really good. I have been to many restaurants that serve Cuban sandwiches in the Tampa area but wanted to try somewhere different. We are used to our Cuban sandwiches having the mustard and mayonnaise dressing. We were very disappointed because these sandwiches had just mustard and I'm not sure what else was mixed in with it but it wasn't a traditional Cuban. The atmosphere was nice but lunch seemed pricey and especially since we weren't impressed with the sandwich. Sometimes you are better off sticking with a place that you know is good then trying somewhere new.

One of the young ladies was making some type of pastries when a tall fellas with a curly Afro style hair threw a fake spider at her back when the spider hit the floor she bends down and picks it up and gives it back at him. Then he proceeds to package pastries and never changed gloves, then he puts the spider on another young lady in the back, one the flip side the food was great for my 1st time

In town for a wedding and needed some breakfast. AMAZING BREAD! I'm literally sad I can't take a load back home with me. Service was fast and the food was delicious. Got the Cuban breakfast sandwich and a cold brew coffee. Absolutely recommend!

Extremely disappointed…the Cafe con Leche didn’t taste like there was any actual coffee in it and then charged $6 for something I couldn’t finish. Not to mention the breakfast sandwiches were relatively small for the price and about $3 for a pastry. I would recommend West Tampa Sandwich Shop, La Teresita, or Gio’s any day!

If you’re looking for good sandwiches made with fresh pan cubano, this is a good option.
If you’re looking for good cafe con leche y pastelitos, lower your expectations.

I went to that place to buy Cuban bread, the girl who was in front of me, the only thing she did was charge me when she realized that I had not left her a tip, she tore up the receipt in my face, I left the place very indignant

I always go to the bakery on ybor and I decided to try this location for the first time, very disappointed I waited 30 minutes for a single sandwich and when they gave it to me it was cold, I wasn’t gonna wait another 30 minutes For them to make it again when they weren’t even busy. I’ll stick to the location in ybor

As a long time customer of the original location, I was excited to try the new one. My first trip didn't go exactly as planned. After connecting with the Manager, I went back and am so glad I did! Food was delicious and staff fabulous. I am so grateful for the service I was offered. It's a rare experience these days.

My breakfast sandwich was cold, which was not their fault because of traffic! But my bacon was extremely burnt little pieces of bacon bits! Which tasted pretty nasty! Very disappointed because I go to the location in ybor all the time and this never happens

Came here because I heard from locals that it's the #1 spot for Cuban sandwiches. They opened this st pete location and jumped at the opportunity.
Did not disappoint. It was made fresh and was delicious.

It took sometime for me to finally give in and check out this location. The daughter LOVES this restaurant for lunch. She said, "mom you're going to fall in love with this place. " I love this restaurant just as much as I loved my beloved and sorely missed Reubens and Silver Ring Cuban Sandwich Shop! The Bacon Turkey Avocado Cuban had soooo many finely sliced fresh made Avocado's your mouth produces guacamole (lol) true story. Wonderfully entertaining to my taste buds to say the least New Cuban Sandwich spot ALL day THREE times on Sunday! LOVED IT

Good food and friendly service at a small local restaurant "chain" in the Tampa area.breakfast and lunch options along with bakery items and coffee to spend 30 min or 90 min catching up with friends.can also be a good place for an informal business meeting and grab a bite to eat.parking was challenging as I had to circle the lot multiple times before a spot opened up so it would have been a 5-star review

Been to this restaurant many times very good food, Managers are great. Only one complaint! That is why did not get that fifth star, NO GLUTEN FREE BREAD! I know it may seen trivial, but any health issue should be addressed. I would highly recommend this restaurant as they are clean very good food and good service.

Outstanding, absolutely delicious and everything I was hoping for. Crusty bread, fresh, warm and pressed to order with heaping generous portions of meat and eggs. Wow guys. 12/10. And the quesito was amazing!

This place is an Absolute treasure, the employees are friendly and very helpful and the food is awesome, the bacon egg and cheese Cuban reminds me of my childhood, and the regular Cuban is to die for, if you have not been here I highly highly recommend going!

The food is great but if you place an online order and show up on time you will wait 35-40 minutes to get one sandwich. Hard pass from me going forward. And you only get it after you go ask about it. Save your time.

Luckily I went to the restroom first.it was across from the kitchen entrance and there were grain weevils, ants and also a cockroach in the restroom. After washing my hands, I joined my family admiring the wonderful looking bakery items, informed them of the bug situation and we promptly left in disgust.

This place really should get a 0, but the site doesn't allow that.

Amazing Spanish bakery in a fast food setting. All types of baked goodies. Great sandwiches, coffee bar, quick service, clean, well priced, award winners, local historical place for Tampa. Great food! Check them out.
