La Sorpresa Latina Cuban Cafe, Naples FL

Authentic Cuban Cuisine.shredded pork with plantains and a Cuban pork sandwich for lunch with perfect mango shake. Food was so good my wife and I returned for dinner for pork tacos, more plantains and yes a second mango shake. The prices are beyond reasonable and the young ladies behind the counter couldn't be better. Definitely check this eatery out.

My cuban sandwitch was cold not as I ask for. The cheese was not even melted, I found only 1 pickle slice on the sandwich and no mustard! Verry disapionted. I had had one before from them that was good, called and the person was not nice. Will never go again!

The steak sandwich it one of the best items they have in the store. They speak English and Spanish atmosphere is always clean and they do accept card and have items that you will not find in your near Walmart will come again!

The most delicious Pan tostado, coffee, and pastelitos! Not to mention that the staff was super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place.

I drove 15 miles to this place wanting to have an authentic Cuban breakfast with my Mom, and the staff was unfriendly and inhospitable. We asked for cafe con leche, lattes, and young man steamed the milk on the foam cup! That’s cancerous! The employee had the steel container to steam the milk in right behind him! Never going there again. Negative stars.

My husband and I decided to stop in while we were in the Naples area because my husband has been searching for some good congrí, and I some croquetas! We found both, had some espresso, and decided to try a mango milkshake and a mamey milkshake. Everything was fantastic and the women behind the counter were very hospitable. We’ll definitely remember to stop in again if we are ever in the area!

They have really good cuban pastries and other meals for lunch or dinner to eat there or take out!

I love coffee and here is one the best place to get one, try the Cuban sandwich really tasty, just excellent.

Maybe it was Sunday, and the staff didn't want to be there, but the service wasn't warm, more were the fries. The croquette sandwich was mediocre at best and literally had 2 croquettes pressed on pre sliced lunch meat ham. I've had better sandwiches at 7-11. Sorry for the bad review, but it was weak.

Graet spot, benn there forever, very reasonable, food and coolada great, service is a bit slow
