I was absolutely blown away by my first visit to this beautifully decorated restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the elegant and romantic atmosphere captured my attention. The service was top-notch, leaving no room for complaints. However, the true highlight was the fish dish—it was simply the best I've ever tasted! The flavors were divine, and I couldn't help but savor every bite. This place is a true gem that exceeded my expectations in every way.

Service is great. Food.well.it is the first italian restaurant where there is only 1 vegan dish apart from the build-your-own pizza (even the bruschetta had cheese on it) and the pesto genovese has shrimp on it. It wasnt like other restaurants where u pay if u want to add animals to it. It was already there. I ordered the eggokant rollatini, it wasnt good. Didnt finish. The specials were kinda of sneaky, you'd expect a special to already include the side dish, especially when the waiter is telling u it comes w it. Nope, a fanily member had to pay for the side risotto thst came w the protein. Literally, the only side that came with their dish, so if I dont wanna pay extra for the side, I am just gonna be eating 1 thing? Never seen that before either, especially when the specials r already expensive. Sorry but I won't be coming back.

Absolutely loved our first visit to this restaurant! Good friends took us there, and we truly enjoyed the dining experience. Highly recommend sitting at the bar and watching the chefs cook your meal and enjoy talking to them.

It's been a while since we visited La Strega. The service was excellent. A wonderful trumpet player charmed us this evening as we ate our linguini a la mar. The food was good but not great. The menu had lots of delicious options, so we will try another dish next time.

Party of 6. First time visiting. Did not enjoy the evening. Will not be going back.

Service - appetizers were 45 minutes late. Main courses took another 30 minutes. Restaurant was only at 50% capacity. Meanwhile, adjacent tables were seated and served before us. Waiter overcharged us for the pizza, manager rectified after we had already paid.

Food - appetizers were good, we had eggplant rollitini, fried calamarizucchini, shrimp, and tuna tartare.main courses were hit or miss… gnocchi with four cheese sauce, pizza and special (papperdelle w/steak) were good. Mussels were swimming in a flavorless tomato purée, fettuccine with pesto and shrimp lacked flavor and salmon was served with a pink sauce (?) accompanied with raw vegetables.

Outstanding Italian restaurant in West Pembroke Pines. Everything is great. The food is always fresh, well prepared and presented. Naturally, the food taste great. The service is outstanding too.great friendly attentive staff. You can't go wrong here.

The food was good but not for what we payed. I don’t know what they are thinking charging $50 for a plate of fettuccine and 4 little pics of stake on the top and $45 for a fish with veggies. It’s extremely overpriced for what it is. Our bill came out to $350 for a simple lunch for 4 people only 3 people had an alcoholic beverage, one glass of wine a beer and a martini. We had one appetizer witch was the cheese and cold cut board that’s was pretty small. Just not worth it in my opinion. This is a neighborhood restaurant I don’t know what they are thinking.

Didn't even make it into the place. They called us and told us that we need to pay in advance for our table and our food. Since we happen to be having it on Valentine's Day. Even though reservations were made weeks in advance. Very disappointed in the service couldn't tell you how the food is.

We order 5 plates no wine no drinks, 2 appetizers, deserts and the bill was extremely high not only that but my husband order sea food pasta w red sauce and he got instead green pasta with no red sauce at all, I order chicken w lemon and my chicken was hard and no lemon taste at all I got alcaparras instead! Not happy with the food today ah and not to mention that my fathers plate a salmon he ordered came at the end when most of us were finish! In a table no food is supposed to be served unless all food is ready! My father the only 83 that had to wait about 25 minutes for his food.

Overall fair at best. Aside from the chicken picatta and the side of spinach I ordered for my seabass (no seasoning at all, tasted old but had a nice sear), it was severely under seasoned. Server was nice and attentive, cappuccino was good. Not going to rush to head back as the prices indicate the food would have been better.

Our server was the only server tending to all tables. I wanted some parmesan and tried to waive down the manager on duty to come to our table, since he was standing around. He could not be bothered. First time, he looked at us and walked away. Second time, he walked away while saying he would be right back and the third time he said we had to wait for our server. VERY UNPLEASANT and UNPROFESSIONAL. Additionally, my husband's food took twice as long to get to the table and when it did, it was extremely under cooked and runny. Furthermore, there was an extremely loud and obnoxious patron who we could barely talk over and staff did nothing to make the other patrons comfortable. Never again! Would not recommend at all!

I went to La Strega last night for the first time. The service was poor, the atmosphere was loud, the food was good, but overpriced in my opinion. Although we did not complain, the waitress apologized about the service telling us she knows that the service was poor and blamed a change of menu that day. Well, if there’s going to be a change of menu, I don’t think it’s a smart idea to do it on a busy Friday night for the first time. There were plenty of workers, but it seemed as if no one knew what to do. For example, we were seated and didn’t receive a menu for about 15 minutes. It took about 15 minutes for us to receive the check after we asked for it. We were surprised that we were automatically charged 18% gratuity for a party of 2. I would have never left the amount of money we were charged for the poor service we received.

Wonderful food, the staff is very attentive, live music, fresh food. I went there 2 days in a row and I enjoyed everything from beginning to end. Totally recommend. It’s in a weird location but totally worth the money.

I was so dissatisfied with the service. We reserved a table for 16 people. Food was forgotten, cold and took a very long time. For the same service and better quality food I would have preferred to take my business to the Olive Garden.

Excellent food.

Only one waitress for all the floor.
Also, the whole place has a room freshener scent that many can find overwhelming when trying to smell and enjoy a fine wine or a scotch.
Other than that, highly recommended

The service had carried the whole experience, I feel the food could have been seasoned more, the different spices and combinations like asparagus on burgers isn't me, and having a hint of mint in your churuasco really was unpleasing, I feel as of the place put quantity before quality.by quality I mean the way they go about serving it.meaning bland.

The food and dessert at La Strega Cucina is delicious. I order a glass of sangria that was great. Our server Valentina was very attentive. She made sure we were happy with our meal. This restaurant is a hidden gem. You must come and try their food.

My only caviat was that service is included, we always tip more but I felt forced
Which make me think what kind of clientele they have.
