The lady behind the counter took my order wrong.when she showed me the receipt I said you added another meal I did not order that. She said OH I CAN'T TAKE IT OFF.so your charging me $10.00 for a mistake you made, tacos I DID NOT ORDER. I was shocked the service was unprofessional I've never been told that in my life. I thought ok let me give this horrible place another shot.guess what? Every taco I ordered was incorrect slap full of every topping I didn't ask for.this place is a joke take your money and feed you what they want not what you want. Don't waste your money on it. Go to CACTUS TRUCK DOWN THE ROAD.worth the money over this joke. BE MORE PROFESSINAL and make what your customers PAY FOR AND ORDER.

After tasting the combination plate with a cheese enchilada & gr beef burrito, rice and beans, I forgot to take a picture because it was as so good. Much better than many Mexican restaurants in the Ft Myers, Fl area. I found myself a new restaurant that I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu. Good Job La Valentina️

My cousin ordered tacos WITHOUT onions and they gave her onions and the tacos de pastor are disgusting they taste raw it’s awful! I wouldn’t recommend going here!

We tried to go the other day. Every where it says they are open until 10pm, even their door! It was 830pm, and they wouldn’t let us in to eat. Said were only doing take out. Why wouldn’t you post that somewhere so potential customers know? Definitely wasn’t impressed.

Hard to find authentic tasting Mexican food in fort Myers. This the best we have found.friendly service. Waitress was great. And it’s spicy!

I was so disappointed with the food wasn’t good and only one waitress working. The waitress was great but over worked. She said the owner was cooking.

We ordered threw door dash our food was amazing, hot and to us in 45 minutes! My husband ordered the fajita trio and I got the chimichanga! We will definitely be returning to try something else on the menu!

Me and my wife and kids got there at 9: 25 and they told us the kitchen was closed they couldn’t help us they didn’t even wanna make any money they didn’t try we were hungry they didn’t care so I recommend that you don’t go there go somewhere else

Ordered shrimp tacos and requested all toppings (cheese, lettuce, etc.) on the side, that was completely ignored. I'm not even upset about that mess up, I'm more upset and will never eat at this restaurant again because when you order shrimp tacos, the shrimp should already have the tails taken off.the tails were left on the shrimp‍️

We are a family of 5. We went in on Sunday, one waitress. We didn’t get to start eating all together bc she brought out food one at a time, which makes no sense. The restaurant was not busy at all, we were the only ones In there. When the check came the gratuity was already on the check. Which was ridiculous! She added 20% automatically. Which is weird bc there was no sign anywhere that the gratuity would be added without giving customers a choice. The food wasn’t even all that great. Will not be coming back to this place.

We went for lunch today. Got salsa and fresh chips right away. Order was taken. Took at least 20 minutes to get our food and then it was the wrong order. Only 2 of us in the whole restaurant. Waitress was very apologetic and offered the wrong order free of charge since we told her we no longer wanted what was delivered wrong. The food was very good though and I think we would return.

Shells on the shrimp, frozen cake, all the cheese in all the dishes were unmealted and undercooked churros ordered on Door Dash, i'm disgusted

Me and co worker order over the phone and order 2 chicken nachos and 1 beef nachos. We get to the restaurant and the #1 thing we notice was the girl Arelys had no type of customer service skill and no manners at all. Didn't say hello can i help you nothing. Did not greet the other two people that came in after us. From the moment we got there she was on her personal cell phone. Our order was so messed up i told her twice and when she finally gave us our order it still wasn't correct. I finally looked and her and had to tell her in Spanish our order and she finally understood me. My point is don't act like you know English and answer the phone as well and act like you know it. It's fine that you don't. I speak both languages I have meet people who don't know English and have better manners. Our food was good but she would be the one who I wouldn't go back. The owners need to pay more attention to who they have working there. Especially if the person who is supposed to greet you.doesn't say nothing to you doesn't make you feel welcome to the restaurant. She would be the one who would scare there customers. I'm not going back.

Went and the service was ok but the food honestly was horrible, gave me a stomach ache& ruined my day and very very very overpriced, pay 77 dollars for four people as if I was at a fancy restaurant lmao, I paid cheaper at Olive Garden. I do not recommend anyone going to this place
