La Ventana Colombian restaurant in Miami Beach reviews
8 Food is mediocre yet expensive. Service is extremely slow, not very attentive. They don't even have their own restroom, only a public one that is filthy.
We intended to have a quick lunch here, ended up wasting an our and a half here and it wasn't even worth it.
We had bandeja paisa, it was below average. Burger was okay, but it all took so long to be done and it ended up being too expensive for what it is. They gave us a free drink and a discount, but I feel like it didn't make up for it.
I've had bandeja paisa in Bogota and this doesn't even compare. Just go somewhere else.
The food was delicious. You can tell it was high-quality ingredients. The Mojito is also great! The pork was super crispy
Food was great! Service was very pushy to upsell items at times made us feel uncomfortable. We were convinced to order larger mojitos because regular was “too small”.
We ended up unknowingly spending 95 (with service fee) dollars for 2 very basic mojitos - and left with not even a buzz.taking advantage of us as customers didn’t leave us feeling great about our lunch.
The hamburgers here are incredible. I also tried some of the authentic dishes but came back for the burgers. That good!
Very cute place. My first time having Colombian food. It was a bit bland for me but still very good,
Nothing a bit of extra salt couldn’t fix. Like I said, I never had Colombian food before but it seemed pretty authentic. I recommend the huevos rancheros, pretty tasty!
We ordered advocado salad, seafood rice and an appetizer sampler. They all taste good and they seemed to be authentic. The restaurant automatically charged 18% tips, but I don't think the service here was worth 18%. We asked for tap water and ordered iced coffee for drinks. We waited quite awhile for the water to come. The food came out before we got the water. We also didn't get the iced coffee until I reminded the waitress.
Excellent Colombian restaurant. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Either seafood or meat dish are delicious. The pork belly is a must try item. I would definitely go back to La Ventana next time I am in the area.
