Great experience purchasing my lift chair today. Entire crew were very personable. I am looking forward to having my new lift chair delivered next week. With this little bit of help getting up out of my lift chair I should feel less tired when I am running back and forth to the kitchen during TV commercials. Thanks again Lazyboy for hiring a great crew.

Nancy and I went into the store and had the best experience there! Krystal and Victoria did a great job helping us pick out the furniture. Krystal came to our home and measured everything.if it wasn't for Krystal coming over and helping us.we would have been stuck! Thanks to both.

Don't do business with La-Z-boy in New Port Richey. They will be so sweet until they get your order and then it's all lies after that. 1st I was told it would take 6 months or less to receive my furniture well 10 months later I finally get my furniture. They deliver one of the recliners with no power pack and the love seat didn't come with the drawer in the console as I ordered and was told it would have. I was told by their service department that all their parts are interchangeable and they can get me a drawer in that console but Chris the manager at Newport Richey said that's the way this one comes I said that's not what I was told her response was OH WELL We all know what that means buyer beware

We visited the store looking for new chairs for our home, we were greeted by Sonya in the New Port Richey store. It is amazing that they take the time to really explain the true difference between different chairs. Sonya really took her time making sure I was happy with my choice and to show me the color choices in the real daylight, that makes a big difference. I surely did not feel pressured at all and sure I will be happy when I get my chairs. I would recommend this store and plan to visit again.

Sticking with 4 stars as I have just ordered our new furniture but otherwise very happy with the level of service Sonya has provided. Very personable and professional. I have no reason to expect anything but quality in the Lazboy products and staff as we work together toward delivery. I can't wait!

I was on a mission to find a remote control recliner for my elderly mother and found one in stock to be delivered on Jan 5th. Larry was knowledgeable and helped me with my choice.
I am glad I stopped in this store.

This store is the best very professional and knowledgeable. Bright and cheerful staff.
Made me feel at home and comfortable from start to finish. Showed me exactly what I was looking for helped me get my chair ordered and delivered on time. I would highly recommend this store.

I was lied to by my salesman (intentional misrepresentation), then the manager refused to do anything to help remedy the situation. I’m disgusted by this location, at the very least, and will likely never again buy another La-Z-Boy product ever again.

This store has a large verity of furniture to choose from. Not knowing to much about La-z-boy we were greeted by a fantastic salesman, Chris DiCono, who was so informative about all the different features to look for in the furniture. Size, comfort, different cushioning, plus all the fabrics they offer. No high pressure. We can’t await for our purchase to arrive. Definitely recommend this store and Chris.

The above was a response to a previous customer's complaint regarding poor quality of product and poor quality of service. Unfortunately we have experienced much the same thing. We ordered two identical recliner sofas, paying a significant amount above what we could have done elsewhere because we thought the quality would be better with Lay Z Boy. Boy were we wrong!

We paid extra for an upgraded fabric yet both sofas came in with seriously wrinkled fabric. The installers told us the wrinkles would fall out of the fabric, which it did on one of the sofas. The other is still a mess after a month and a half. Additionally, the pieces on both sofas are seriously misaligned and one piece creaks everytime one sits on it.

We had a service call come out on September 15th and he worked on locking the pieces together, which the installers neglected to do, but he also told us there was nothing he could do about the other issues. He then sent a message to BRYAN who is the regional service manager. He said to give BRYAN a week to contact us, which he NEVER did.

We then reached out to the local store manager Chris, leaving messages but also not getting a response from her either. We finally made contact with her on October 1st. She told us we that it was not uncommon for fabric to be wrinkled, insinuating that was something to be expected. I asked her why one sofa looked fine and the other a mess, for which she had no answer. She then proceeded to email BRYAN the regional service manager. After 4 days we still have not received a response.

Today I called the regional service department for Lay Z Boy and the representative took down information, leaving a message for BRYAN once again.

My best advice to anyone considering buying sofas from Lay Z Boy is not to do it. I understand that things happen but it's what happens in the follow up that makes all the difference. That for us has been very seriously lacking. We are furnishing our new home, getting pieces from Rooms to Go, Ashley, and Wayfair. Although there were issues with each of these items, the follow up was prompt and met to our satisfaction.i am sad to say that has not been the case with Lay z Boy.

Bought an expensive recliner from these people 2 years ago. Thought it was a life time chair the way Lazy Boy used to be. Last week the PLASTIC reclining mechanizing completely fell apart. The chair is now junk. I call the dealer where I purchased it and they said too bad it is out of warranty and it will cost 100 dollars for a service call plus parts. I will never buy another Lazy Boy product again. It is this kind of quality that gives American made products a bad name

We walked in were met promptly and cheerfully by Katherine and she went to work helping us finding furniture to outfit our new park model home.
We were also assisted by Krystal, the designer, who really brought things into perspective when she drew 3D plans on the computer. She was quick with her suggestions and fast to figure out the best plan in a small space. She also made wonderful recommendations as she knows the Lazy Boy product line very well. It was a pleasure working with these two fine ladies. They were both very helpful. Thank you so much.
