Super disappointed in La-Z-Boy from the start. We placed the order on 11/11/22, left messages for our sales girl who never returned our calls. We are thankful for the Manager, Kristofer! He was able to answer our questions & communicated very well with updates. Unfortunately today was the icing on the cake! We would NOT recommend this business. Yes the manager was able to help us resolve issues with our order but when their delivery guys made the delivery today after 3 months of waiting, their delivery person had horrible customer service and does not represent La-Z-Boy well at all! Sadly from the start to the end has left us questioning this business. We have purchased several recliners in other states before but this by far has been the worst experience!

Horrible customer service. We purchased a very expensive recliner, it broke within 3 weeks. Months later still nothing is done about it. “They will send someone out to fix it when we can get on the schedule”. That the repair person is so far behind tells you a lot about quality of product and care for the customer. We bought 3 of these chairs about 15 years ago and were thrilled with them. The company is now using cheap materials that do not last and they won’t stand behind them.
Update: recliner still not repaired when we called they claimed they were here and called us but we didn’t come to the door. There is no record of them calling on our phones and we have two dogs that bark like crazy if someone is at the door. It is impossible that they were here and

Quality of furniture is lacking for the price. I have owned my sectional for a year and a half and the seams have already started tearing and of course the "protection plan" they sell you is a joke and doesn't cover it. The store also doesn't want to do anything about it unless it's at my own expense. So if you are looking for low quality furniture that will rip apart at the seams in under 2 years this is the place to go!

I can’t believe the fabulous service and incredible patience Tammy had with me while searching for my dream living room furniture. She never left my side throughout the 3 plus hour visit to Lazy Boy. The quality of the furniture and the selection choice of fabric is wonderful. I haven’t received my custom furniture yet as I just placed the order but I will be counting the days anxiously.

I was pleasantly surprised to meet Nick Roberts at your Clearwater store. He introduced himself and said he would be happy to find the chair I was looking for. I am short and petite and directed me to the right one. Thank you Nick, and I am looking forward to the delivery

I wouldn’t expect a leather couch to start peeling after just three years, but La-Z-Boy refers to it as discoloration. I thought I was paying a premium for quality furniture, but definitely not. The couch was never exposed to direct sunlight and only the defective trim at the edges is failing.

Never knew how well designed and built the products are. Looking for a good recliner for my post back surgery recovery and found the perfect chair at a great price immediately. Sales staff is excellent. Check it out.
