I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Walk in and do their kiosk sign in. Went to the bathroom then got a text that the technician was ready so I went back to the waiting room. 45 minutes later, my name hadn't been called. I talked to someone and they ignored my question and told me to wait despite the text I got. Saw people signing some sheet of paper and realized I had to sign in despite that text. Signed in. Literally 30+ people were called before me. Fast forward another 1 hour 45 min and they stopped accepting people because it was so late. They were literally ignoring me and called every other person besides me. When it was down to me and 2 others, they tried calling the other 2 but luckily they said I was there first. The lady reluctantly walked me back and only spoke to me in Spanish when she KNEW I didn't speak any Spanish. Horrible horrible experience. 2.5 hours wasted and had to reschedule a bunch of tests for a class I was teaching. All for something that my HR said should've taken 15 minutes.

Also heard ladies fighting and screaming behind the desk, slamming doors that shook the entire floor. So unnecessary. Place was incredibly dirty as well.

Only one staff member working. If you have an appointment you are not prioritized. Walk-ins are seen first or anyone who gets the employees attention first. Very slow service and far from organized.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. Always with attitude and unprofessional. Lady confined in a wheel chair has a serious attitude I guess she’s miserable working there. Avoid this place

This was my first time visiting this Labcorp and had a very bad experience. The front desk person, Sahily to be specific, is very rude and unprofessional. First of all, she was speaking to me so loud and in such a rude tone that everyone else that was in the room heard all my personal information! That is unacceptable and a HIPAA law violation. To top it off, she was using her cellphone while I was standing in front of her. Overall, this person had very bad attitude towards me for no reason what so ever. If she does not like to work with the public, she should be working somewhere else but not treating PATIENTS.

Worst place ever, dirty as hell all over. Seems like they never clean; makes you feel uncomfortable to get blood work there because you may catch something. Lady at from was nice but personnel inside treat people bad. Don’t even use gloves for some things.

Phone Customer Service automated answer doesn't help when you need to speak to a human. You need to make more than one call to made a simple appointment.

I didn't have a very good experience with the one's that take out the blood. They were not very professional. The lady and man that attended to my 2 year old son I truly don't think they should be dealing with children.

I am unaware of her name, but the the lady (blond hair gathered in a bun) that drew my blood was extremely rude. I asked her to please put on her gloves as she was already tying the band around my arm, had gathered all the materials (including the gauze that goes against the skin once blood is drawn) with her bare hands. Once i mentioned the gloves, she gave me a very nasty attitude and response. She said that she only does that until the end and that she would only put the gloves on for her sake. I replied that it should also be for the sake of the patients that get their blood drawn. She the said that all patients that go there are sick and a lot of them have hepatitis and therefore it is only for her sake because she is healthy and gets herself checked out monthly. This is extremely unprofessional, rude and uncaring. A person of this nature should not be allowed to work in this type of environment were hygiene is a must and empathy for the welfare of the patients is important. I had to return to the laboratory an hour later because she had left a multicolored bruise and a very painful and swollen huge ball in my arm. I asked for her in the front desk so that she could tell me if i needed to go to the hospital because it was very painful and was rather swollen as blood had accumulated. Instead, two other reps came to see me as she was just observing everything from a distance. She did not even have the decency to see me to my face and apologize for the incident. My veins are very visible and I had never in my so many years have had an experience like this. I barely even bruise. She has no experience. She is obviously not equipped to draw blood out, does not have hygiene etiquette when dealing with blood and is extremely rude and uncaring by expressing herself inappropriately about patients. I will be reaching out to corporate in regards to this incidence and I hope that this location is checked out and the person is disciplined. Location is also dirty and front desk rep lacks customer service manners. Stay away from this location!

The place was visibly dirty and smelled bad. The staff is rude and the phlebotomist yanked the needle out of my vein and my blood squirted out. She didn’t even apologize for staining my shirt. I would avoid labcorp altogether. This is the second location I go to with similar experiences.

Worst service ever. The lab guy was disgustingly rude and told me to wait 40 minutes more in a dirty and smelly waiting room. This is the antithesis of a health facility. Of course I left. I wouldn't let that guy even get near me. The real rate is 0 stars.

I was kind of nervous to go to this LabCorp since there were so many bad reviews but, my experience wasn’t bad at all. I went in at 6: 30 am when they were open without an appointment and was seen in about 10 minutes even though there was already about 10 people inside. The front staff were nice and so was the phlebotomist/nurse who took my blood sample. It was very hard to reach a vein since I have such tiny arms and he had to go back and get a smaller/kids needle for me. He also made sure I made it back to the lobby okay as I tend to get sick/light headed after giving blood.

Only spoke spanish in the drug test suite. And was frustrated when we couldn't understand her. But was so nice to the spanish speaking patients. Very unprofessional. Rather go farther next time than to come here.

Human factor are great. I mean. People working here are so nice. The lady that took the blood was great at her job (my veins are not easy to find) and was super nice. Place is a little dirty. (See photos) there is banners just like stored here. And the checking computer/tablets are useless. Old people arrives here. Nervous. Etc. And staff send them to the computers for checking. And they ask of each step what to input. So. Just a waste of time. Staff should just receive the people and input the reply for them. Again this is a 2 stars place and company but staff working here makes the differenve

Employees are all courteous efficient and helpful. Yes, if you don’t make an appointment it’s very crowded and noisy and you’ll have to wait 45 minutes on hard chairs, but you do have the option of making an appointment, or showing up before 7: 15am to sign in. There’s plenty of parking and SO much more convenient than Quest. This is basically a Spanish-speaking area, but everyone speaks enough English to help those who don’t speak Spanish. No luxury, but yes convenience and everything done well.

One of the worst services I’ve ever received. The staff from the moment you walk the door to check out. The place it dirty and staff is rude and looks unhappy. After registering myself in the kiosk, I had a question and when I asked the gentleman that worked there he rudely told me to “follow the instructions. ” I apologized to him and told him I was sorry if I had bothered him. Due to my luck, he was the same person that drew my blood, after looking at both my arms for a good vein, he complained and said “this was going to be a difficult for him to do because he could not find a good vein. I was treated like I was not welcomed and for the amount of money we pay, no one deserves this kind of treatment. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Very unprofessional, they can’t even reply to a hi how are you or anything. The guy at the front desk asked me if I’m ready right away because they are closing soon. It was 30 minutes before closing time and he already wanted to leave I guess. The lady at the back rushed me into the bathroom and told me “If you can’t do it today, you will have to come back tomorrow “ everyone is in a rush to leave and very rude.

I don't know why there is even bad reviews here. First of all This Labcorp is at a very good location. I did my appointment online, arrived 15 mins earlier, signed in by my phone, got attended by the front desk to go over my info then got called in. The whole time while i was there it was very clean and everyone was very nice. I was skeptical to go here because of the reviews, but i came because my sister had gone before and she said they had fast and efficient service. Which they did, so i advice everyone to go here if they need to get blood taken out because they did provide good service to me and my sister. It's just ridiculous how sometimes people just put bad reviews to put them. In a world where everything revolves around review.
Reccomend this place.

I went for a job drug test and it was uneventful, which is good. The waiting room is a bit small and set up in a strange manner, but it's not too bad. They have two rooms, which was a bit confusing. So, you go to the one room and check in at the machine and then eventually they call you up and tell you to go to the other waiting room. I made an appointment and waited maybe 15 minutes or so past my appointment time, which is acceptable. There seemed to be some people waiting there for awhile, because I jumped in front of a few people, whom I assume did not have appointments. Definitely make an appointment.
