I wish there were 0 stars! They don’t even open until 8Am now. Then why have appointments at 730 and 745? I have been here over a hour and had an appointment at 8 she didn’t even start taking people back until 815! I liked the other lady that used to be here she could actually multitask and do more than one thing at a time. It’s ridiculous! I will be using quest next time. Maybe they treat their patients with respect

When the receptionist did come out, she was grouchy and rude.

This is the worst place to go a get your labs on! Don't get me wrong the lady working in there is the nicest person, but how this company only going to have one person doing everything! This is crazy and poor lady!

Called ahead to make appointment. There is only an automated system with info. No appointments required, open at 7 etc. We arrived at 7: 10 doors are locked no one is available. While we are waiting 3 other people came for services and we're very unhappy to see they were closed. We were able to find a corporate number to call and they called the office directly. Said no one was there and the next scheduled clinician comes in at 8 so we can wait and take our chances. In the meantime an employee of the office next door came in to open their office and said this happens often.
Very disappointing considering I work 6 days a week and had to schedule time off and I had to fast for 12 hours for the blood work.

I was there for less than 10 minutes for a blood draw. Kesha was the only employee but she was very friendly and extremely efficient. Given the negative reviews I was wary to go to this location, but I had a great experience with her. I would definitely go back.

Walked in, easy registration. One lady was running the entire place. She was efficient and personable. I would recommend this location.

There was a female phlebotomist called Lakesha that was alone in the office. I arrived at 3: 00. There was a woman in front of me trying to give Lakesha her sample she was dropping off. Immediately after the woman left, Lakesha started complaining about the woman as well as other patients and her supervisors. She said she had never heard of the test that needed to be done, so she called my doctor. She had my doctor on speaker phone and continued to complain to me about how the doctor's office wasn't picking up. Then she told me she had to “pee really bad” so she was going to take her phone into the bathroom with her and she would be back. Eventually Lakesha found the test she needed to do, but then she still didn't know what vial to use. She called her boss and the boss told her what to do. Then as I was being called back, she told me to lock the door so that no one could sneak in to the waiting room at the end of the day. After I locked the door to the waiting room, she took us back. I then got a call a few days later that she wanted me to come back to do it again. She hadn't read the instructions well enough and it turns out that she was supposed to pull the blood Monday-Thursday and she had done it on a Friday. NEVER go to this location, let alone any other LabCorp!

Nice converation with personel lady.
Blood sample taken painlessly.
All it took me there was maybe 15 min.

The receptionist, office manager, customer service rep and phlebotomist (all the same person) was very professional and clearly well-organized. This was my first experience with LabCorp, I usually use a different service with a much larger staff - that group could learn some things from this location.

I had a morning appointment. I was in and out within ten minutes. Finding the building was a little difficult but once I did, everything was clearly marked. The staff were kind, place was clean.

Arrived at 6: 50 hoping to be the first person in the door. Left at 7: 30 place was supposed to open at 7 a.m. Nobody ever arrived open.left without blood work even done.

Showed up before they even opened the doors and they only had one technician who was doing everything and this wasn’t the first time I’ve experienced this. I’m number 4 and I’m going to be so late now my whole morning is going to be set back and delayed. This is a horrible location.

Very fast and efficient. Professional and empathetic staff. I was very nervous going in and left smiling and feeling good. High praise from someone who has a fear of needles.

I don’t understand why this tells you they have Saturday hours from 7-11am. I was very excited to see this as the week days are near impossible to get here. I came all he way here for nothing, very upsetting.

Still waiting and i had an appt. Set ahead of time for 10: 45am it's going on 30 Mins. The receptionist was not friendly, obviously lazy. I have listened to her speaking with clients. She most definitely needs an attitude adjustment. Or perhaps, a job that doesn't deal with the general public.
