I was a little early because my form said that Labcorp opened at 7 but didn’t explain the Drug Screen was at 9. I was disappointed about that, but the ladies were nice and I really appreciated speaking to Jackie! Thanks for a great service on Valentine’s Day)

We've been at this location 3 times already and had a great experience every single time.
We never made an appointment but made sure we were there at 6: 45am to be the first in line when they opened.
It never took longer than 30 min (this could also be related to the fact that we always prepay, so they don't have to verify insurance or anything like that).
Everybody is very nice and efficient. Highly recommend this location.

Rude attitude discriminating latin people. Even if your service would be free that would be inacceptable. Will look for a different lab for now on.

When i read the reviews, I tryit to not to go. But i came, they were nice, polite, and professionals, and it was fast. They acept medicare. I was walking! Only 11 minutes! Please gave you an opportunity here!

They have a wait in your car option on the website. So I chose this. They took 10 minutes past my appointment time before they sent me a text. Then they checked me in and treated me like a walk-in patient. Now I've been sitting in the office for 20 minutes waiting for other people when I clearly checked in and waited in my car previously. What is the purpose of online check-in if I am forced to check in after checking in?

The receptionist is extremely rude no regard for the customers time. I waited over an hour for an employment drug test. More than 12 people came after me got served and I was still sitting there. I informed the receptionist I needed to return to work she was very dismissve. Poor service.

I was concerned, But I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service. I checked in from my car at 12: 30. Was helped immediately checked in and had my bloodwork done by 12: 55pm. My app.was at 1: 00Thank You for the excellent care.
Sometimes you can't satisfy everyone. I wonder how many of the complainers had an appointment?

I honestly don't get all the hate. I was checked in as soon as I walked in, and was shortly called in right after. The whole trip honestly took less than 10 minutes. It was quick and painless, the staff was very nice and friendly to me. I will definitely come back here again if I need blood work in the future.

Please don’t come to this location expecting a decent welcome. Not all, but some of the staff just seems like they hate working here and they’ll be certain to make sure you feel it. Get your blood drawn and never come back if possible.

I never right reviews, but my experience left such a bad taste in my mouth with the first person you meet at this location.the front desk registrar/receptionist. This particular Carribean shorter lady HAS to be bi-polar. Her negative attitude toward patients.many if whom are there with serious/terminal issues is just disgusting. She needs to find a NON customer svc oriented job. Her demeanor is atrocious and extremely rude. On the other hand the staff once you pass this abomination of a human being has always been great. I hope her bosses read this and take corrective action. She is a disgrace to an otherwise pleasant environment and staff.

Very rude management, I am disgusted with the management I got here at 2: 30 only for them to say they don’t do drug screenings after 2: 30. THEY CLOSE AT 4pm.

This was the closest option for me and I would rather have driven an extra 30 minutes than come here.
Over 2 hour wait and it seems like there’s only one person working here? The same person at the front desk is also the same person that lets people in and goes to the back with them.
And “a few minutes” means about 20 in their eyes.

I had a awesome experience. If you live in the south Florida area between Miramar and Fort Lauderdale. Come to this location instead of the one of Sheridan st. Unlike Sheridan street, the individuals working such as Jacqueline were beyond nice and very professional. They made me feel welcome. If I ever have to do lab work again I would come here!

I would give it no stars if I could. The receptionist (tall, young black woman) is very rude. She is very unpleasant. I’ve experienced her attitude and watched her deal with people in general while I wait and it is bad. I will never go back to this location. Now they don’t accept walk ins on saturdays, they say on the website it is the only way but when you get there they have a big sign “appointments only”. I got there today and there was NOONE in the waiting room, and she refused to take me in because the rule is “appointments only”

The individuals who work at this establishment are beyond rude. They have no manners, do not care about their clients or anyone other than themselves. If you are so much as a minute late for your appointment, they will not let you in. But if you arrive on time, they make you wait for a good 30 to 45 minutes before they will assist you. Go someplace else!

I consistently experienced issues with LabCorp 17901 NW 5 ST 104 105; PEMBROKE PINES, FL 33029

I was greeted by a rude person. The technician was non verbal and likely did not change gloves between patients. The jab was very painful. The bathroom is beyond filthy. There is nowhere you can call to complain. It is shameful that such a filthy, disgusting place is allowed to operate as a medical facility. I will complain to Broward County Medical authorities about this place!

1. Unsanitary: the technician used same gloves unswerving phones, opening front doors, managing supplies and trying to take my blood
2. Scheduling is very difficult, you have to search each location
3. Cannot reach a human by phone
4. Often, wait was long in spite of the fact I made a reservation
5. Billing/payment is a nightmare as they do not have account numbers, only invoice numbers.

If you have a child with any kind of special needs, do NOT go here.

The staff entirely ignored when we told them that my son was autistic, and needed some extra help for a blood draw. Instead, they were in his face and barely even holding his arm, resulting in them needing multiple sticks just to get a vein.

I'm very glad my wife took my son, as I would have lost my mind had I been there.

Horrible experience. The staff was very rude to everyone. No organization and you can tell they were overbooked.
