Such a sweetheart. Love her energy, loving smile. I’ve been going here through my pregnancy and she makes it so easy

A small second-floor office by the elevator where you can get in and out pretty quickly - there is a check-in station and the girl there (Rochelle) calls you in after a few minutes.she's very friendly and always has a smile and a kind word to assuage any fears you may have. I don't like getting needles poked in me, but she does a really good job of making things go smoothly and quickly.and the result come back really fast, I was surprised.

They have no receptionist.

The angry lady who worked there complained the whole time out loud that she had to work when she was supposed to be in a meeting.

Was rude and annoyed at having to help me.

Today I go to drop off my test and she flat out refused to take it.

I’ll say that another way, this LabCorp employee refused to accept my test for a chronic and potentially fatal infection. And she was too busy to grab the bag and hold on the lab.

Her reason was “the computers are down and I’m not taking your test”. The sample is stored at room temperature and she couple have and should have taken the sample.

I will be back Friday with journalists ready to document the downward spiral of medical care. This is all just to get a routine test done.

Choose any other lab, I am sure they cannot be worse than LabCorb.

I have been coming here for routine blood work during pregnancy and have always gotten right in and out, the women who works at this office is great and so nice! She is quick and it never hurts, Highly recommend.

Awful experience- staff was unhelpful. Arrived 3pm to get urgent tests done for my mother. Nobody else there besides one lady from the staff who insists they are closed and she was just on her way out even though their hours clearly say 4 pm on the website.

I had to have some blood drawn and I went to Labcorp on Burns rd. I get very nervous about having my blood drawn and sometimes pass out. Rochelle was absolutely amazing! She kept me calm and spoke to me the whole time and it was over before I knew it. Go to Rochelle to have your blood taken she's the very best! She is very organized and makes the process so easy!

Rochelle is a one-person show at this facility, doing both administrative and blood work in an expedient manner. I came to this office because the Labcorp closer to my house is always a minimum 1 hour wait, even with two people behind the counter. Rochelle runs circles around everyone else, very happy with my visit today at this location!

Rochelle is very professional & worked very hard. It was busy this morning & understaffed. You need to give Rochelle a raise, or at least get her some help.

Went for a walk-in and they saw me very promptly. Phlebotomist runs this office on her own and is incredibly organized, helpful, and cheerful. I walked in feeling nervous about my blood draw and walked out laughing and happy.

As soon as I walked in the door I heard a lady say good morning before she even saw me, WOW what a greeting. She explained and helped me check in at the Kiosk which is difficult for me. I told her that I was afraid of needles. Rochelle, told me she would take care of me and she did just that, never felt anything and I was done before I could count to 1. What an amazing compassionate, professional, kind person she is. We need more like her. Thank you labcorp for choosing the right person for the job.

Rochelle is the best. I have never felt so comfortable and welcomed. I will dri e the extra miles for this kind of service!

Was sent for bloodwork to Lab Corp on Burns Road, and Rochelle was outstanding. She did all the paperwork, and took the blood. She was professional, efficient and personable. No pain, no mark, quick in and out. Would let Rochelle work on me any time!
