I walked in asked for help. Seem like everyone in the building had a attitude. I went to the back to drop off blood work. Mine u my tube didn't have my Info so I put my doctor's paper under my stuff while I was doing that someone from a nother room yells at me to leave it. I looked at her n said so how u goinf to know its for me? Everyone like I said was rude.

Not at all a place to be.
I was here for my bloodwork recently and the reception was disgusting, for lack of better words.

When i has asked them for how much would a particular test cost, they would say they wouldn’t know. The next second they handed me a invoice with the details i asked for.

After my bloodwork, the nurse hadn’t put cotton in correct spot and i started bleeding after few minutes.
When i back to the nurse to ask for cleaning it and putting a new plaster, the staff would start laughing without being sensitive.

This place is filthy. They don’t care about their patients. I would love to know who manages this place. I’m a professional nurse and can not believe how this place is still open.

Went there today because an external VA company had scheduled me an appointment since last week. Showed up today and after 20 minutes past my appointment time at 1: 00 lady at the desk called and wanted my insurance information. I told her I was not to provide anything but my DL ID card as that VA company was to pay for service. Well she then she changed and said that no order was in. So after calling that VA company and even placing them on speaker and they explaining that they faxed and still were faxing order, no order arrived via their fax. But the issue that I noticed as well as the rep on the line and on speaker with them and me is is the bad energy and awful attitude this front desk lady/employee was giving. So thankfully they scheduled me today with Quest Diagnostics and surprisingly QD received the fax right away. Hmmmm…. Go figure…

They saw me coming and locked the door on my face at 2: 20pm, 10 minutes before their closing time. I waved the lady, she game her back and left.

Sat in the front office with well over 20 more patients. Not once did I see an employee. Yes there are check in kiosks right when you walk in… but I mean, is there anyone that works there? No wonder this place barely has 2 stars. Wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE!

I brought my 82 year old mother and the nurse scratch my mom's arm were she put the needle. She had a long scratch. Won't bring her again.

I got a confirmation that said to check in online and wait in the car, you'll receive a text. I did exactly as instructed. I checked In at 9: 02 for a 9: 30 appointment. At 9: 50 approximately I still hadn't gotten the text. When I went inside they made me wait all over like a walk in. They stated they had been "calling my name". Well, that isn't the text I was advised I'd get. I will give the phlebotomist props though, she was manning the desk and taking specimens both and did a perfect stick. I would think they would get someone to man the desk and let the phlebotomist do their job. I spent far more time there than necessary because of this glitch and then making me wait in the waiting room. I was trying to avoid a crowd due to covid and keep the person's in the waiting area to a minimum.

It's Saturday, they close at noon but have their doors locked at 11: 45. If you really care about giving your business to honorable people, ones who greet you when you arrive, actually have the politeness to treat you not like an animal then don't go here. If you enjoy horrible service and rude people.please, go to this place!

Very friendly staff. I had a great phlebotomist, she was new to the lab. Almost didn’t feel the stick. WELL DONE! They need to re staff the Deltona labcorp with people like this

I've been waiting since noon yesterday for a STAT lab order. I was told that I'd have my results by 6pm last night. My nurse called at 730 last night and was told they'd be ready in 2 hours. Still waiting and still pending. Never again will I darken their doorstep. Just terrible.

I've never ever had a problem here with the staff. They've always been efficient, helpful and quick as they can for the people they're serving. Now the people who come in i have issues with. These ladies are trying to timely serve you all properly. There's no need to get nasty or rude. Wait to be called. Use the kiosk which is clearly placed for your convenience. I've never waited longer then 20 mins to be seen. These ladies are professional and they're great. I come back here every time I need to because of the great service they provide.

I had to take a pre-employment drug test and new employer assigned this Walgreens location on Saxon in Publix plaza because they are a labcorp facility inside Walgreens. I made this appointment 3 days prior. My appointment was at 03/11,1: 45pm. I arrive and checkin. I’m told at 1: 41pm they cannot do my labs and I need to go to a LabCorps directly. I asked why I was not notified? He said “I don’t know”. Now I’m at the LabCorps next to Publix that they are affiliated with and have to wait for people with appointments first before I can be seen. Good thing I picked the first appt time on Monday because this location closes at 2: 30pm. Staff not understanding at all. 0 STARS!

Three visits to this location. Three strikes. First specimen was in the wrong colored cup so they couldn't take it. The second specimen they lost. The third was "too old" to test because they left it on a table all day. Forget this lab and their front desk staff who will crack jokes about my wife spitting semen into a cup but wont get my tests in on time. Going to Quest.

I had a scheduled appointment for 12: 30pm at the Orange City, FL location. When I got there, I checked in via Wait Where You Are feature. They told me they were ready for me so I went inside. When I went inside, the person at the front desk said there wasn't a technician there today and that I would have to go to Deltona, FL to get my urinalysis done there. This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I would expect that LabCorp would call ahead if they need me to change my appointment to the Deltona location.

On top of all of that, I had only driven to Orange City because when I called the Deltona location, the automated phone system said the location was closed. Apparently the phone number was outdated, so there was no easy way to know that the Deltona location was open. I live in Deltona and I would have scheduled my appointment for that location from the beginning had LabCorp updated their automated message on the phone.

The convenience that LabCorp markets is all great in theory; however, they are unable to execute. At this location there’s no greeting. I feel awful for the elderly people coming in (which, let’s face it, that’s most of the customer/patient base). They usually do not know how to operate the kiosk and depend on other younger patients (such as myself) to help them navigate the kiosk. LabCorp likes to advertise their “Wait where you are comfortable” feature. They claim you can check in from your car and you’ll get a text when they are ready for you. Instead, the receptionist just screams your name repeatedly, making no effort to get up and check with those right outside (again, they expect other patients to do that). When they realize the person they are calling isn’t in the room, they skip them. At this particular location, there’s no social distancing. I will say that the phlebotomists are very friendly and good at what they do.

There’s no communication it’s like a heard there are signs that says if you wait over 30 minutes let the front desk know so after 30 minutes the front desk advised me it was an over an hour wait - I did go to the front desk before signing and no one communicated nothing
- I was being optimistic - due to the reviews - kind of stuck at this location

I checked in easily at the self service kiosk and had my procedure done and out in less than 30 minutes. The woman who drew my blood (I forgot her name) was very friendly and good at her job. Thank you for the quick professional experience.
