Extremely poor service I had to wait 2 hours just to a drug test. You people need to hire more employees.

Worst place ever, very rude with professionalism, they left the front desk unattended for over 30mins. Making an appointment is futile because they’re not on time nor do they communicate with clients effectively. I do not recommend this place and will never go back. One star is too high for this location

Rude costumer service, no chair available when the waiting area is overflowing with costumers, unprofessional staff, dirty facility, only one bathroom available for test. When a client as politely for appointment the answer was “we do not have time for that”

Big big thank you to Karen and Vivian. These ladies are so awesome. They expressed patience and kindness while ensuring that I didn’t leave without having my blood work done, as quest had turned me around (Doctor ordered blood work from Canada). They helped me so much and I’m forever thankful to them! Highly recommend going here.

They’re sooo rude with no type of professionalism, they left the front desk unattended and this gentleman was saying hellooo! Hello! And 2 of them came with such a bad attitude raising they voices.this dark skin lady with braids is so rude and loud. Like why are you yelling so loud when I’m speaking back in a low tone. I understand you may be having a bad morning but there’s no reason for you to be this loud and rude. Jesus the lady sounds like she’s ready to eat somebody. Just Leave this bad energy/attitude at home. You don’t treat people like that.

1. I have given you a 4 star because for the very first time there was a lady that treated me nice. She was very respectful, kind, and super friendly. No matter how much of an adult I am. I have always heated needles. Plus because whatever is the situation in your life that bring you to the need of a lab test, you usually arrive there mentally unfunctional. The clarity is out of the window. You don't need no employees beating you up for your looks, race, social status, economical status, lack of memory, etc. You need a caring professional that guides you through the entire process without judgement. The lady that attended me is called Milens. She has been the only one that has been nice to me at this location.

2. I didn't give you the 5th star because you are in need of a new front desk PROFESSIONAL. The person at your front desk is kind of rude. If she doesn't want to be there, you should fire her. There are plenty other jobs out there more suable for her. I didn't interact with her but I saw how rude she was to other people. I don't know her name but my appointment was on July 28,2023 in the morning if that helps.

I came today to do a drug screen and the heavyset Hispanic woman at the front was extremely rude. This was my first time coming to labcorp and she did not make me feel welcome at all! Not to mention I’m 8 months pregnant and there was no where for me to sit and I tried to ask her was I able to sit in my car and she gave me a nasty attitude. I drove away and tried another location instead!

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star. Absolutely NOT 1 SINGLE PERSON IN THERE. THE PAPER I RECEIVED FOR MY DRUG TEST SAYS I HAVE UNTIL 5 I KNOW THAT'S NOT LABCORP PROBLEM BUT I GOT THERE@2'20 I EXPLAINED HOW IMPORTANT THIS TEST WAS AND SHE SERIOUSLY WOULDN'T DO IT. THERE'S NOT 1 SINGLE SOLE IN THERE. THESE PEOPLE TAKE HOURS TO DO ANYTHING THEY SIT AROUND IN THEIR PHONES MOST IF THE TIME THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL. AFTER TODAY I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! The only reason I did is bc it's the closest one!

So the hours of operation and services are note accurate.

They are only open for toxicology until 2: 30

I had an appointment this morning for some blood work and had Alesha. She gave me a paper to do a survey but I couldn't find where to do it so I just came here. Hope it's just as good. I never leave reviews but I'm pregnant and having a really rough day and she was just so nice without even trying. She was gentle and fast. Doctor's usually have a hard time with my veins and she got it first try and it didn't even hurt. I was in and out too which was great bc I didn't wanna even be there. She was just really professional and good at what she does. I'm not sure if you can request technicians but if you can go with her. I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time

Very good attention, very attentive and polite, Miss Milens, who was the one who attended me, everything was clean.

I make appointments so my wait time is not long.
The staff is awesome

My husband doesn’t have an appt so he was prepared to wait. They told him approx 4 hours-wow- and guess what 4.5 hrs later and he is still waiting. Is it a shortage of employees due to no one to work, is it employees not working or is it the company not wanting to hire? I really would like to know. There are tons of people there that need labs done. Great opportunity for another lab company that provides better service to step in this market.

I had a 1: 15 apt when I checked in at the Kiosk they said I was moved up till 1: 00 (it was 12: 55) so I sat down and at 1: 45 I asked When I would be seen they said they NEVER checked me in.
These women were doing the BEST they could with no help. They were expected to answer phones and cover front desk AND draw labs! They are in an impossible situation. I will not return to Lehigh Acres Lab Corp.

Came in Lehigh Monday in which they were extremely busy, I didn't have a appointment, but the girl at the desk was nice to inform me that it was going to a long wait without one. So I waited, she continued to be very intentive and helping everyone as much as she could, as she was alone up front. So I have no complaint about this location at all. It was great to get treated so nicely

I was pleasantly surprised today with the awesome experience I had at Labcorp in Lehigh on Lee Blvd. I check in using the kiosk and was called up to the window to verify if I had lab request in hand or if it was electronic and was called very shortly after by a very pleasant lab technician and was out the door before I knew it. Very pleased by my experience.

This place is ridiculous. I waited practically in hour to be seen or check in. I was fasting and had to do a glucose test. I wasn't seen on time at all. I almost felt like I was going to pass out and I'm currently expecting. If I did ending up passing out I would honestly sue the world out of this place because there just no way. This lady kept getting out her seat and sitting around. Unbelievable wouldn't recommend this place

The staff here acts like they absolutely despise the patients here and like they hate their job, any questions myself and others asked while I was here were answered with an attitude it's sad to be a patient and to have to go thru this very unpleasant experience but looking at previous reviews it seems like concerns have been voiced but not resolved.
