Labcorp, Largo FL

John was fantastic. I went back right on time for my scheduled appointment and he had a fantastic attitude and was quick and punctual. It’s hard to find a good place around here to get blood drawn that isn’t scrambling or running behind with workers that have terrible attitudes. John was a pleasure to meet. Made getting blood work more bareable!

I have always dreaded having to have blood work done until I started coming to this LabCorp location. The employees are friendly, caring and SO professional! I have several forms of anemia and two forms of hemophilia, and usually I leave a lab looking like I've been run over by a truck. When I leave these guys? Not even a mark! Thank you so much!

I’ve been getting blood draws bi-monthly for years and have been to a variety of labs. The best thing (and what brings me back to this particular location) is the amazing male lab tech (apologize for not knowing his name!) who is at the Largo location. He is, by far, the most professional and best phlebotomist I’ve ever had! If you’ve got to have this procedure, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, and go to largo mall location.

John, an employee, was rude and condescending when at first I didn't understand the check in process. Very poor patient service. I won't go back.

It says on the website walk-in welcome but that not true.
Very unprofessional the way Juan talks to ppl.will not be going back to this location…

I’m not one to usually write reviews, however I had a great experience with Juan Figueroa. I ran late to take a drug screening, he was polite and accepted me anyways!

Juan was absolutely incredible! So efficient and kind. In and out in less than 10 minutes which is unheard of with these kinds of businesses for some reason.

Juan spelled my name wrong, and the courts and case management never got my urine screens. Then he claimed they didn't keep a record of it when I asked. Thankfully, my case manager is competent and did a thorough investigation to find out that It was because he was careless. I could have lost my son Juan, thanks!

Juan was very efficient and accommodating. He was very informative and professional. I will definitely use this location again if need be.

Hello all!:) I went there around 11: 30ish this morning for a pre -employment thing. Afraid I was going to get the lunch crowd. Quite the opposite, they had only a couple people and I was out in 15 minutes.

I've never seen a more poorly run clinic in my life.
Waited 2 hrs to take a drug/alcohol test.only to be told. "We don't recognize this form".
It was a standard chain of custody form from JJ KELLET.had to go elsewhere.where they hire competent people.
Also, the Rude Hispanic woman actually berated a customer for coming in just before she locked the door for lunch.
I wouldn't let them touch my dog.

We had a very memorable and entertaining experience with John. Way to make a normally uncomfortable experience much more fun! Also he was very gentle with the needle.
Great job John. Make sure you ask for him.

I came in as a walk in and waited 10-15 minutes which is so unusual for getting lab work done. They were very friendly and made the process for several tests i needed easy. I have a fear of needles and blood draws, this was the best experience I have ever had getting my blood work done! The phlebotomist was fantastic and made it such an easy experience for me. They were both kind and genuinely seemed like they enjoy their jobs! They deserve recognition!

Avoid this location, Hour wait. Could not change my location. Has now been over an hour. Drank a ton of water to prepare for urine test and have to go extremely bad. This is cruel to make people wait this long. Will NEVER use this location again, they clearly are understaffed.

I first went to Labcorp in Belleair Bluffs and walked out. The guy was so rude. Others walked out too. So I went to this one a few days later at Largo Mall. You have to go online and set up an appointment. Walk-Ins are ONLY excepted like 7: 00 am -8. Appointments are taken after that! Easy to check-in. I only waited 10 mins after my appointment time. The guy who took my blood was the best! MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!

Juan at the Largo Mall location is a joy. He's professional, empathetic, and courteous. Juan is a WHOLE VIBE!

I am so afraid of having my blood drawn. I have anxiety. Juan at the front was so pleasant and kind. Shelley, I believe was her name- took me back to draw my blood. I explained how I felt and she was so caring and gentle and made me feel as comfortable as I could in that situation. I will definitely return for future need. Thank you LabCorp for these wonderful employees.

The guy at the front desk was very rude. Do yourself a favor and bring your business over to the Starkey road location. The front desk lady there is much more professional and helpful.

I walked into the unlocked door with 3 other people waiting in the lobby only to be greeted with a loud obnoxious yell, "were closed". As I get closer to the counter to inquire about what time they're open. He laughs at me and says "we're closed for lunch" as if there's some kind of sign. I ask, can you answer a question? He said laughing in disgust, "we haha are closed for lunch" with his hands up like are you serious? ! And aside from you yelling like a child there is no way for me to know you're closed for lunch.

Juan was excellent. Personable guy and was the easiest and quickest blood draw I've experienced. Thanks!
