Labcorp, Hollywood FL

Very grateful for the professional attention that my daughter, who has a phobia of needles, Julia the technician was fast and very professional and at the front desk the coordinator was very kind and very attentive. I think that this will be my Laboratory for all the tests of my family.

Terrible service at this office, one of the customer service people does not know what the service is and has no empathy at all, disrespectful in his attention.

Do not take your kids there. It’s nasty place! No infection control. I took my 23 months old daughter there to draw lab. They put me to sit in a chair where there are a bunch of ants running on the table and the tray where they put the supplies to stick her. And a guy walked in the lab room drinking his soda and put his drink next to the tray that contains the lab supplies and needles to stick my daughter. After they stuck my daughter once, the manager was cleaning up the gauze next to the guy’s drink and the table was all wet cause his drink was still cold on the table. They were about to stick my daughter a second time. I made a remark about the ants on the table and the cold drink and the manager dirty gloves, the lady with the long braids was rolling her eyes and giving me attitude. Why? At least I know infection control.

It was an efficient laboratory day, all the staff was very friendly. Clean and pleasant environment.

If you have to choose between Q*est and Labcorp GO TO LABCORP! They were very kind and I only had to wait 15 minutes, in the Q*est I waited 4 hours and at the end they didn't even have the Drug Screen Panel 10.

This by far has been the BEST Labcorp experience I’ve ever had. I just got back in my car as I’m writing this. I’m not the type of girl who EVER writes reviews. But the whole process in and out was literally 10-15 minutes. The gentleman in the front was so polite and had such a good vibe. He had no trouble with administering the blood work. I am sitting here in awe because this has never been my experience. This is the ONLY Labcorp I will be using from here on out. I wish l remembered his name but he deserves a raise! Kudos to you sir.

I want to commend Marlen for all her patience & help today. Upon arriving for my appointment, my doctor had not sent the paperwork. Then they had the incorrect codes for billing. As busy as Marlen was she continued to help me while also assisting others. I was able to get my blood work completed. Thank you Marlen!

The latin lady at the front desk is rude, has no customer service skills and no idea how to service senior citizens. She talks so loud so everyone in the waiting room can hear the disrespect.

Why did I gave 2 stars review?

The latin lady in the front is VERY RUDE and gives a bad attitude when trying to figure out how to check with that machine in the front.she acts like she owns the place.and even if she owns it.that attitude will not get you anywhere.if you see a person that has no clue how to use that specific machine.you lift yourself from the chair and come and help.now.going back to the beginning. First of all when you call there is NO HUMAN BEING that you can speak to. You guys made sure to keep the robot talking there for hours and " address " all the questions we might have.

The waiting is ridiculously long. I came in for a drug test and give urine sample and it took them 90 minutes from the moment i walked on the door to actually give urine. That's ridiculous.either hire more people or just close the business.but don't make people wait for hours for such a simple problem.

Be ready to wait more than 1 hour after you appt time. The lady in the front desk (red hair) is rude and needs to work on her costumer service. Find somewhere else!

It is so unfair to make four employees draw blood samples from the hundreds of people that use this lab. Its just incredible, unfair and dangerous how overworked staff is. They are doing an impossible job.

Over an hour wait with an appointment. Had to walkout to pick up daughter from school. Very unhelpful and rude lady at the front. Avoid this location at all cost.

Been here a few times. Over 2 hours past appointment time. Staff is extremely disorganized and taking more patients than they’re capable of, along with inconvenient hours. Go elsewhere.

Appalling. I have had several analyzes there but each time they are worse. The last time they did my analysis as a female gender, and I am male. Clearly masculine, there can be no mistake. I have complained and they have not paid me any attention. A waste of money, time and total lack of respect.

Not a good place to visit for drug screen i'went there to do my drug test they give me a receipt with someone else name an it when i'come back no body able to help me and the employer never received it it's mean they give my urine to some body else dont go there guys for sure.

I've been to may Labcorp locations this is by far the worst location. The wait is usually an hour 1 an hour and half extra long so shceduling a time only ensures your not considered a walk in. The staff at the front desk are rude and disrespectful to the people like myself who have had to take extra time out of our day. The staff tend to argue amongst themselves which creates a negative impression and is very unprofessional. I highly recommend using another Labcorp location.
