Very understaffed. I always have a appoiment but I still have to wait a lot. One time I almost has to go to work late even being more than a hour early. The place does not look welcoming. There is only one nurse taking blood and the other nurse doing paper work. When the whole lobby is full of patients. My last lab, it took me more than 11 days to get my results when its only suppose to take 2 to 3 business days. I was told by corporate it was due to understaffing and high request.

Good service The only issue is that they don't have close parking for disabled people, the side walk is all messy to push the wheel chair

If I could give less than one star I would. Worst location ever. Labcorp has already showed itself as unprofessional and inconsistent. If you call customer service don’t expect what they tell you to be the same as what the location actually does.

I visited this lab on 10/6/23 around 2pm looking to get labs done. Unfortunately my insurance cancelled me and I was going to self pay. I asked the woman at the desk (darker woman with braids) about a payment plan that was discussed with customer service. She immediately had an attitude and told me that she can’t help me. She proceeded to tell me that I didn’t understand her accent and walked away.

Another woman who spoke Spanish was super sweet and tried to help. When the first woman with braids heard her trying to help she started yelling for me to get out and that I could not be helped. The woman who spoke Spanish proceeded to instruct me to try the Labcorp down the street on John Young.

Never in my life have I had such an awful experience with any establishment. And please note that I was never rude or raised my voice, I’m not a Karen I’m actually a pretty timid person and I don’t like confrontation so I felt absolutely awful after leaving.

Save your time and save your stress. The owner/operator should definitely reconsider their employment choices.

First time going there. Definitely not the cleanest clinic. Flies in the waiting area. Noticed there was dry blood in the armrest before they drew blood on me. The Spanish lady was very nice and gentle.

This place listed my husband's height as 5.1 inches and mine as 52 which are both completely incorrect and definitely not what we told the person (5'11 and 5'5). It's completely skewed our BMI and results and affected the health reports sent to my employer. Do not recommend a place that can't document something as basic as height accurately. The only positive was we had appointments and were in and out quick. However, that wasn’t worth the headache it’s now causing.

The worst of all, no organization, super slow, and the one in front tells you to sit down as if it were an animal, but I will never come here, I don't recommend it, go somewhere else.

Had an appointment for 7.45 am only one check in kiosk. Lady at front desk very rude not helpful. Only 1 person drawing blood a whole waiting room full and 45 min after my appointment still no blood drawn. Whats the reason of doing appointments if you wait forever. Not even a water suspender.

This place here omg I went to the office by the loop and horrible experience was there 1.5 hr for them to tell me they will text me and once I get called I would have to wait

Check in called me to the back set up to take my blood and got my vein the very first time trying I give her 10 stars she’s awesome very nice fast and smooth. I wasn’t there 10 minutes I know I may have been busy at the loop office but there was no direction no nothing MAIN STREET OFFICE WOULD BE THE GO TO ANY OTHER
TIMES NEEDED

I went in for routine bloodwork. The lady that was helping me appeared to ask the other lady Norma for help. Norma was so rude to her she instucted her in such a demeaning way. I could tell the lady helping me was embarrassed from the way she was being spoken down to. That should never happen. I really hope it was a one time incident.
