They canceled my exam for their own fault and when I tried to get solved they were extremely rude at the phone and didn’t help at all! Terrible service

Not quite sure what more needs to be said that has already been mentioned on these one star reviews. But the staff seem like they don’t even want to be there. Didn’t mind the wait even though I did make an appointment (seems like a big volume of walk-ins usually). And though everyone in the waiting room was quiet and patient the staff still found a way to get snappy at absolutely everyone.

When I was called in they called me by a completely different name and then instead of assuming that they might have misread the name they loudly announce that whoever they’re meant to be calling up must not know their name because “nobody’s moving”. This is the nearest labcorp to me, but I actually wouldn’t mind if I had to drive an extra +20 minutes to not deal with that nonsense at another facility.

I'm not quite sure what the point of having an appointment is if they're still going to make you wait 20 minutes. Good luck trying to have a quick in and out during your lunch hour! At least the staff is very friendly.

These people are extremely slow. I heard one lady at the front desk tell a woman who asked a question, that when people come up to ask her anything it slows the process down drastically because she’s not good on the system. She shouldn’t be working on the computer. 45 minutes later, I have seen 2 people go in and one come out. This place is so slow. Maybe Lab corp needs to hire more people. Because there isn’t a reason for this. I left the largo one because it had 30 people in it, one that had been waiting 2 hours already. Something is wrong.

I definitely recommend making an appointment. If not, getting there as soon as they open in the mornings. I always make an early morning and am in and out in 10/15 min. The last few times I had Pearl and she is amazing. One of the only people to ever get me on the first stick and she’s super nice.

Waited over an hour for a drug screen and finger print because the “district manager” improperly told me it was only a drug screen after taking me. I explained that it should be both a drug screen and fingerprint as well while completing the drug test, but she dismissed me. I had to correct her after they had escorted me out into the waiting room. 40 minute mistake on their end with no apology.

I ended up being there more than an hour, and they even turned the lights out on my friend waiting in the lobby as if we were an inconvenience to them getting home. Horrible and incompetent LabCorp. The district manager should take her own “training” classes she was discussing.

Have been sitting here for over 2 hours now. Was told when we checked in at 10: 45 am that since we didn't have an appointment that it would be an hour wait. Since my husband was here for a pre employment drug test we had to wait. Here it is 1 pm and they finally called him back and now they are saying that they're having issues with the paperwork and his ID we have the real state id's and his passport also. But they are just sitting here in the office not doing anything. There are only 2 people who are working here

Every time I try Labcorp it takes forever and they screw up sending results to doctors. I just left another super delayed appointment and am taking my Labcorp requisition to Quest right now because their walk in wait is more efficient and faster than Labcorp appts. Maybe they shouldn’t overbook appointments.

Aisha was extremely friendly and helpful at the front desk. Michael was great with the blood draw, and I'm squeamish about bloodwork! He was efficient and friendly, talked during the draw to keep me distracted. Wait is always a hurdle whenever I've gone to get my bloodwork done, but it wasn't bad at all here. I had a 1: 15 appointment (important to schedule an appointment, this location is busy!) and was in and out by 1: 50. Great experience.

Brought my employee to get drug tested. Checked in as normal. Lady at the front desk named Aisha she also was the one to follow up to do his test (supervisor apparently), instigates to my employee that he is being “disrespectful”, After hes been complying completely, to which my employees ensures her he means no disrespect.she continues basically so say yes he is. He denies being rude to her and then she proceeds to refuse taking his test. She writes down the notes that he was being non compliant and he refused to take the drug test which is complete a lie. Very unprofessional behavior would not recommend going to this location, the one down the street has much more professional people working there.

There is nobody at the front desk when you walk in and when they do come to “help assist you” they are rude and unprofessional. Sadly this isn’t the first unpleasant experience I have had here either.

Staff very nice. I was there early without appt, they were busy only 2 people working I was surprised that there was alot of people there so early, but staff moved very quick. I think my total time without appt.must have been approx 35 minutes. I'm a hard stick and they never have a problem with me.

Iv been using labcorp for years now with my labwork. This year my company has changed insurance from United to Blue Cross Blue Shield. My PCP forwarded the referral for my labwork to your branch

Your have a machine that patient have to do on their own that takes insurance information. Tales photo of Driver’s License, Insurance card. I did the process and then i was asked to wait and then i was called to have my blood drawn.

With that process i assumed since my insurance information was taken and no one told me that i wont be covered i assumed i will be covered.the front desk should double check if patient insurance is in network. I would understand if there will be a part of labwork that will not be covered my insurance and i will pay partial. But because of incompetence of the front desk person to check if im cover i will be left to pay my labwork. The economy is really bad right now iv been cutting cost i cut streaming service and monthly recurring bills i dont need and this is an unnecessary expense that i have to pay because no one told me at that branch that i wont be covered.if someone told me that i wont be covered i would have not proceed. Not a good way on doing business

i got my bill for $695 because of the staff’s either incompetence or just lack of concern to patients. I go to have my labs check so MD could check whats going on with me to make me feel better now i feel really angry about this. Im living paycheck to paycheck and i get this bill i can accept this if i dont have an insurance. Hope you all rot in hell! You should not be in medical business if you dont have concern for patients and all you care is money.

Horrible experience. My husband and I got there 15 minutes early for lab work and we waited over an hour for scheduled appointments! People were trying to walk in and were told they only had to wait an hour though. My husband ended up having to leave without getting his labs because he couldn’t wait any longer and had to go back to work! The waiting room is also gross.
