Medical Laboratory Labcorp reviews
7Most uncooperative and argumentative guy ever. Anything you say hell act like they don't do it or never heard of it. Never answer phone and takes two days before they get back with you after message. Also, they seem to be confused about their job.
There are two ladies here that are always wonderful with my son who just turned two. He has to get labs often. It’s not fun but they get it done and are very nice.
Richard was a phenomenal help. Went out of his way to make things easier for me. In a situation I was unfamiliar with. I can’t thank him enough.
I am so glad to have Labcorp here! What a convenience. Tonya was very helpful and accommodating, so glad I came here! Highly recommend!
Very disappointed by the care received at this location. My husband and I came in to have his blood drawn for a full panel required by his work. He has a history of passing out in these situations. We informed the older man who was about to draw his blood. He brushed it off immediately and said "you'll be fine, it won't take long" he was right, it didn't take long which is great. However, when he was finished he said "okay you're good to go" I replied "No, he's going to sit here for a few more minutes. " He then walked out of the room. A few seconds later my husband passed out and began to slide out of the chair then began seizing while I tried my best to hold his limp body. I yelled for help and the man ran back in, very panicked, to help lower him to the ground. He acted as if this was such an inconvenience and like we didn't tell him that this was a high possibility. He barely said anything more to us before we left.
I understand that it might not seem like a big deal or we were being dramatic at first, but there's reason for that.
As a healthcare worker myself, I highly encourage Labcorp to educate their employees to listen, and understand that when a patient is concerned about a situation it is their duty to follow through and make sure that they are cared for to the best of their ability. Because that was not the case for us.
Quick draw experts. Friendly, skilled, diligent. I always get in and out fast here. Today was no different.
