Labcorp, Boynton Beach FL

Two weeks ago I made an appointment at this location for very important blood tests. I arrived and they have no record of my appointment. I now have to wait until they can fit me in. This is not the first time this has happened.
I received an email after I made the appointment confirming my appointment. How do they not have a record of this?

I come to this location for routine bloodwork. The girls there are friendly and extremely good at drawing blood! Never had a problem

Terrible decision tricked me into getting a std without warning me about my insurance card and is trying to charge 700 for a std test had me go back in forth with dr sybia and labcorp and still haven’t resolved any think terrible terrible terrible

Worst experience ive had at labcorp older white woman was rude. I came for a lab and a drug test which i have done multiple because I'm a health care worker myself and for some reason the older white woman didnt lock my belongings and just had me leave it in an open room. Liability much? Also if you're going to be in healthcare maybe you should be more compassionate and actually like people. She had racist vibes while yelling at me looking at my buddha necklace while i was simply asking a question towards the end. *Rochelle Queen was her name, and fyi they never pick up the phone

It is the only place I would have blood drawn. The office is immaculate they are efficient and most importantly kind.
I have many medical problems and getting blood from me is no easy feat.
April works so hard and tirelessly comes up with different approaches.
I can’t say enough how wonderful the staff is.

I was taken quickly by Rochelle. I was so grateful that I was able to have my blood work then and there as a walk in. She was so pleasant. Thank you!

Every time I come I always leave so happy. The people here are so careful and polite and you can be in and out in 10-15 mins!

Staff was excellent, Rochelle was fast and efficient. The place is filthy and definitely needs some attention.

I had went to 4 different LabCorp offices today that were either closed for the weekend or no longer existed and Google hasn't been updated. Rochelle must've seen my frustration after telling me they don't take walk-ins after 1015 (it was 1030) and helped me anyway.

Rochelle is a rockstar. I am a VERY difficult stick for drawing blood and in the past have had doctors and nurses and technicians try numerous times to get blood with no results. It has been so bad in the past that they have had to take it from my feet. My anxiety was through the roof when I walked into the office and spoke with Rochelle. She assured me that it would not be a problem and managed to get 3 vials on the first stick. I’m super grateful that my afternoon did not end with me getting poked full of holes.

Came as a walk-in. I was taken care by Rochelle. 5 mins in and out. Can't get any better than that. 5 stars today.

I`m a big fan of the staff at this location, specifically, ROCHELLE.i actually live closer to the Burns Rd office but prefer to be treated by Rochelle. She is professional, efficient, caring & patient.which says alot in this age of mediocrity.i will continue to use this office as long as Rochelle is here.thank you

I came to labcorp and got great service from Rochelle. She was very caring and made me feel comfortable. It was a very efficient and clean location.
