I'm a notoriously tough draw, but Tammy hit a vein on the first poke! She was also friendly and professional. I didn't have a long wait, and would highly recommend the office.

Lazy and rude. Place had an awful smell and the radio was so loud. Nice phlebotomist (only 1 other in the office) No wonder this place has low stars. Sad part is, they don't care. Bad reviews and they keep doing the same thing.because they know this is the only local place and they got you by the balls.

Front desk ONLY called those with appointments for 1.5 hours! No weaving in or even acknowledgement of walkins, who, like everyone else, we have to sign in. Took her several minutes to even locate my name when I went back to check on my status. Then, miracle! I was next. Please. Hire. Someone. Who. Cares. About.people.

I was getting ready for the rude treatment like what most of the reviews say. Wow, not at all! Tammy is really nice, I guess it depends on who's at the front desk.

Don't even bother wasting your time here just go to Quest. The lady upfront is so rude everytime it's ridiculous. The self check in process is a joke you ask to see if your name is at least on the waiting list and they just tell you to sit down and only God knows how long you'll have to wait just to ck in with the lady up front. What's the point in checking yourself in?

The most important thing is the jab, and the tech did a fantasic job taking my blood.
I have to go back in a few weeks.
The people were fine and it wasnt crowded.

Beware of them trying to take
a copy of your credit card. I talked to our insurance company and they said their supposed to send the billing to them. I have great insurance plus they took 21.00 and we don't have a deductible. They did the same to my husband.

I was nervous coming to this location based off of the reviews but I was so wrong. They were super nice even with me being late due to technical issues on my end of the check in process. I didn’t get the women’s name but she was very understanding of me being late, drew my blood quickly and carefully, and made conversation so it was comforting while my blood was being drawn. Give this place a chance before judging just by the reviews.

Not sure about all the past negative reviews but this place is very nice to go to and the young lady upfront is always nice. I have been here 3 times so far. Never a problem. I check in at the tablet up front in the corner as instructed. Get lab work and done within 15 mins. No issue ever. If you make an appointment it’s a much smoother experience.

I had a fasting appointment, forgot the orders, but luckily I was fasting so I had an X-ray and went back. The order clearly said urinalysis on it. I was getting full due to drinking water all day so I asked the girl for the cup before I wet myself. Went to bathroom put the cup in the basket. The didn’t ever get it out of the basket, so since it wasn’t refrigerated I have to go back and do it again. What a waste. My surgical scheduler had to call me to see if I gave a sample, of course I told her yes. Then she had to call the place that does the test and the Labcorp office I went to only to find out the sample was never picked up from the basket. I am furious about such carelessness when you are supposed to be doing your job, the whole job not just leaving it to someone else.

This used to be a good location, well NOT anymore! Usually 1 tech now and they are snippy and rude! No compassion, no smile, no washing hands, no cleaning chair. I usually laugh when I read the sign on the wall that says "cleaned after each patient " smh.ya right! Prepare to be standing room only in waiting area too. Thus place needs a major overhaul and more staff!

Thank you Camesha and Tamera! Since you two have arrived at this location it has become the absolute best! You honor appointment times as a priority and are great at what you do. Timely and efficient!

This is the worst LabCorp that I have ever been to, Three days in a row of trying to get lab work and waiting each time for over two hours without even calling my name after check in. Office was filled to capacity and people standing up and it appeared to be only one technician to take samples… What a joke……….

Horrible Do NOT get blood work from here. Hours trying to get routine blood work. Quest was so quick. I will never go back to labcorp.

My mom came to get blood work done, the woman was extremely rude, she is asking elderly people to wipe their feet as they walk in the door, she rudely asked if I was getting bloodwork I was sitting with my mom I said no she told me to go outside. I like it better when William is here this lady must hate her job to be such a witch to people. You do not mistreat elderly 80% of our community is elderly! It’s 8: 30am nobody needs to act that way this early.
