Labcorp at Walgreens, Cocoa FL

Kim, at the Clearlake location, was AMAZING at sticking me! Deep stick and didn’t feel a thing! She is a very fast, accurate, focused, professional!

Had appointment scheduled for 1: 45 for pediatric blood work, arrived & did mobile check in. Confirmation was sent & advised to wait for a text message when technician was ready. 15 minutes go by no text received. Decided to go check to see what the hold up was only to find out they were CLOSED for the day & was “sorry” for the inconvenience & had a list of two stores who were opened for appointments. No phone call was made of store closure beforehand! How inconsiderate & inconvenient!

I had an appointment at Courtenay Pkwy a month in advance. Having chronic kidney disease I need to be checked often. I got to my appointment and they're closed! So the next day I fast again and get to the one on Clearlake Rd and I find they closed early!
I've yet to follow up. I wrote to LabCorp but no reply. So corporate is just as inconsiderate as the workers who come in and leave at will weather you have an appointment or not.

The worst experience we have ever had. The tech made my husband who is 91 yrs old and I wait for over an hour and half until I spoke up and asked why we were being ignored.

This was my first time using Labcorp to have blood work done. I was warmly welcomed and treated with the utmost respect. Staff was supportive, caring and very professional. I did not have an appointment but was still seen the same day and it was done within a very reasonable amount of time. I found my visit to be a pleasant one and will use this Labcorp location for all my future needs. I would recommend Labcorp to anyone seeking excellent medical care.

I've always had prompt, courteous service at this location. The only glitch was this recent time, my lab order wasn't received through electronic means, so the tech had to call my doctors office to have it faxed over.

I was told when I made my appointment that I could check in via cell phone 30 minutes before appointment while waiting in car. This was not possible. No one from lab Corp texted me the information. Had to wait inside. I am a senior citizen and was not comfortable inside a store. My check in via kiosk with my glove on and was called in quickly. Employee was polite and efficient. I had tried calling the direct number for 3 days and got no answer (to make sure my dr orders were faxed). Lab Corp needs 1 staff person added to answer phone as plebotomist cannot do this while drawing blood from patients. I like the privacy of admitting only one person at a time into the lab.

Completely disorganized and an overall unpleasant experience. Even with an appointment ended up waiting over an hour and a half. Put my mobile number in the system and was told I would be texted when the tech was ready to see me. After receiving a text that they were ready to see me I still had to wait over 45 minutes.

Made an appointment online for labs. Showed up at the appropriate time and waited like I was instructed. After 2 hours the tech left for the day having never called me. Filed an official complaint with labcorp both via phone and website. No one has bothered to contact me regarding this issue. Will update if contacted.

It’s was my first time here and I love it the service was amazing and the girls were very friendly and helpful Edda and Christi and if you are looking for someone that talks spanish edda is your girl
