To urine that day so I had to do it at home the lady told me to drop off the next day. I went there 7 in the morning to drop off after knocking on the door serveral times she finally answered than told me I had to check in after waiting 20 minutes away which she never provided that info the first day. And she was very rude saying it also. When she was finally really to take the urine bottle she grabbed it and said have a nice day in a sarcastic tone. I will not be coming back to this
