Labcorp at Walgreens, St. Petersburg FL

I just walked in and checked in and within less then 5 minutes I was in getting my blood work done. Basically in and out in like 15 minutes. The staff are very friendly and respectful. This was my third time going there and I got the same treatment. I highly recommend this location.

The 2 people were very rude, unpleasant and grouchy. If you don't like your job find another one. I will NEVER be back to this location. I didn't even want to leave 1 star. I definitely recommend a different location if you have to use this company.

Despite repeated efforts to correct it by me, LabCorp continues to misspell my name and lab results have been “lost” on multiple occasions. Terrible.

Rude & inconsiderate staff, highly recommend NOT going to this location… and find a Labcorp that has welcoming and friendly members.

I wasn’t able to make an appointment and was worried I’d have to wait a long time. But I didn’t! Got me in super fast. Very professional and courteous. This is my second time using this location and I would definitely use it again. Thank you LabCorp

Go here if you want the most painful needle stab of your life. No apologies from her, she actually yelled at me when I gasped in pain. Don’t take my word for it, try it yourself.

This place is great the staff was super kind and helpful! It was clean and quick. If I could give 10 stars I would!

This comment goes directly to Labcorp and not to the branch, but I still want to warn all the people who want to use their laboratories.
Don't waste your time and your money. For a blood test it can take up to 5 days and in my case, this had an “error in the laboratory” thus delaying the result even more. Once the second exam was done, they only refunded a small part of what I paid and I had to pay for an exam that, BECAUSE of the laboratory, went wrong the first time. Please don't make the same mistake as me

Went in at 7: 35 am for a pre-employment screen, check in was easy, staff was polite and I was out of there in 15 mins!

I have always had a great experience getting my labs done here for the past few years, and definitely beats having to go to main lab centers. I’d recommend making an appt as walk-ins will most likely have to wait, but even at other facilities you still have to wait even with an appt. I’m always seen quickly and each person I’ve encountered is professional and efficient. At my appointment today there was one person who was new to me, but she also seemed nice and the other woman (did not get her name but has been there for at least few years) is amazing. It’s usually difficult for folks to find a vein for me but she is very skilled and usually is done within a few minutes. This particular time my doctor’s labs did not go through and she was accommodating and helped me get this resolved quickly. They were quite busy today and have to deal with a lot, including some more demanding folks/situations and just wanted to acknowledge them! They are appreciated and deserve a raise lol

I had an appointment and when I got there I checked in fine in the machines, but then one of two lab techs came out and said their machines were down and not transferring check ins. While one was drawing blood, the other was on the line with tech support. Meanwhile a line of people were waiting. I waited 40 mins and finally just left. This place was always slow, with rude staff, this was the icing. Not coming back here.

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Felicia is the rudest woman I have ever met. I took my father in for blood work and she was blatantly rude and nasty not only to patients but to her coworkers. The poor woman drawing his blood was trying to ignore her but according to my father Felicia just wouldn’t stop. Your better off going to quest.

Went to this location twice for blood and rhey lost booth of my blood results per the doctor the workers are inadequate!

Literally go anywhere else to get testing done. Due to my job I frequently get drug tests. This is the only location in years that I have been treated so poorly by staff that I had to just leave and reschedule at another location. Save yourself the trouble and go to a neighboring labcorp.
