Labcorp at Walgreens, Zephyrhills FL

Short blonde woman who was my tech was not friendly at all. She definitely had an attitude.

Polite but the technicians did not know what they were informing me of. My insurance informed me that I have a zero copay and that the $150 they were charging me is a hold, my insurance told me I have to opt out so they can bill me. When I informed the technicians about this they let me know that it was impossible. I called another random la corp to verify if this was true and in fact the insurance was correct. This office is trying to collect unauthorized payments for your visit when they are not suppose to.

We have been to this location many time this year and always have to wait, even with an appointment made 4 days prior.you need to have more than 1 person working there!

Scummy waiting room. RUDEST lady working there. She must HATE her life. Waiting over an hour for a pre scheduled appt. If you can go anywhere else I highly recommend!

This walgreens labcorp doesn't accept blue cross & blue shield for lab orders. Unless you pat 150 dollars for just lab orders.

Read the reviews (long wait times.), but I took a chance and went in as a walk-in. Checked in at 7: 15am and was called back by 8: 30am. Looked pretty busy.at least 10 or 12 other people in varying stages of the process during my 75 minutes there.

I'm very grateful I didn't have to wait very long. Kristin, the phlebotomist, got people in and out very quickly. She was pleasant, efficient, and skilled (I didn't feel the needle at all).

I would come here again, but next time try to get a 7am appt. If I wasn't in such a hurry to get my test results, I would have made an appt this time.stars for Kristin, though. I wouldn't want to be in her shoes hearing everyone complain about slow wait times. LabCorp should be able to do better and hire another person to help her out.

I checked in and waited in the store. I heard the tech call my name luckily because I was close by. The check in did not work. By the time I walked to where she was yelling my name, she went on to the next person and the door shut. I had to sit and wait, which is ridiculous considering you make an appt. Why make an appt if they aren’t going to provide the accommodations that they claim to provide. If I had sat in my car and waited like it says you can I guess I would never have had my lab work done and would have had to reschedule. Ridiculous.

Hours were posted incorrectly on website. They close at 3: 30 everyday. 3: 00 on Fridays apparently

I was there on Friday November 4th 2022. I didn't catch the lady's name but she was short and blond. She was extremely rude to everyone who was waiting if u don't like working with the public get another job. I ended up leaving and going to the one in brooksville. A long drive but so worth it at brooksville they were quick efficient and kind.

The “Wait Where You’re Comfortable program“ doesn’t work. When you check in online, you won’t be notified by text or email when it’s your turn. So no need to wait where you’re comfortable. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment at 9AM, as instructed. I was waiting for 2 hours and ended up going inside and checking in again, which was another long wait. Unfortunately, I had to watch everyone go before me, even those who were waiting less time than me. I was the LAST to be seen although my appointment was at 9: 15am. I wasn’t called until 12pm. My bladder was not happy. Go inside if you want to be seen, DO NOT use the online check-in.

You get one star because the phlebotomist was excellent the problem is she's the only one there you have three chairs and people waiting 2 hours to give their blood test you need at least two phlebotomist especially during peak hours like fasting labs
