Horrible! Barely get sent out and normally get paid for jobs they send you on at minimum wage when they should send you out making for most jobs at least $10 an hr. Show favoritism towards particular people.
We have used LF Sanford for various installation projects. We have from one to eight people and have come through. From time to time you will get someone who does not meet the grade. That is to be expected in a temporary labor service. What I look for is the staff's response when this happens. The staff at this office is always apologetic and makes sure that that person does not return. They are professional and friendly. Have worked with temp services for over 25 years, LF Sanford is one of the best.
