As a new client, I was very pleased with how willing the staff assigned to taking new client calls treated me. In my particular case, due to circumstances a licensed attorney from a state other than Florida was needed. How gracious of them to go one above to try and assist me with a referral.

Horrible service, impossible to get a call back. Took almost a year to get a 2 minute call, it's been 5 months, more messages than I can count, no call back, I've had to do this mostly on my own, do not even think about using them.

Ms. Shannon Boyer is a phenomenal attorney. She was very patient and understanding throughout my case.

To start off I was in a car accident in September while at work and was T-Boned. I truly was injured as the MRIs have proven and shown. It started off strong with Jill and Berry and I felt good until weeks more like months went by and was passed around like a hot potato and ended up with Steve. He was ready to settle right away for pennies which added insult to injury and honestly felt like he was working for the opposing council. I wouldnt be surprised if that were true. I could write a child's chapter book on the horrible experience i had from Steve, to waiting to get calls back from Millie on the workers comp side.they didn't help like I thought or was promised. I was out of work for months because of injuries and I was advised that working may hinder my settlement. It came to the point I had to settle just to not get any deeper in debt and nothing more was being done to help my case. I have text messages from Steve threatening to drop my case because i was not happy about his "help"I fully regret ever signing with them and hope others will read my review and stay away. I would give no stars if possible. Do your research and go elsewhere!

I have had the worst experience trusting this people if you can call them that no ethical experience what’s so ever Karen jones lied to me for a whole year telling me my disability case was pending and in fact she had not even sent a piece of paper to them she had the nerve to tell me social security screwed up while am depending on my case to be settled she was at her desk twiddling her finger you must had your education from a candy machine.and am still waiting on a call from her manager since last week and nothing please don’t waste time and energy with these clowns.

Never returned your phone calls or emails during the 1 year had to call them 7 days before my hearing to make sure there still representing me, they call me 3 days before the hearing with the wrong name and ask me if i sold my dispensary which i never owned one as a army combat veteran with severe ptsd and anxiety attacks. They lie and they don't care about you.

It is a very efficient and responsible work team in terms of the case and once a quick result. I wish success to each one of this team because they put their whole heart into each one of the people they help. Because I have seen results in my case.
