We went looking for shoes and were helped by Sarilys. She was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. She found a pair of shoes that just came in for my Dad and helped us order a dress for myself! She was super friendly and it was overall a great experience!

The store was organized and the staff was really helpful. Raul was able to speak with me in my native language, he helped me find my right size. I have gained some weight recently and haven’t had luck finding something nice that fits. Raul went above and beyond to find me the perfect size shirt. And he did! Additionally, as I mentioned above, the store was organized, everything folded, and when I was greeted, I was informed of all of the different sections and where the discounted prices were. Being treated like this makes me go back to this store next time I am around.

Yesterday I went to the Lacoste store at Disney Spring for the first time. The store was very well organised, the staff very kind and well trained. The manager Rose helped me in choosing the products with a lot of patience and good taste, an excellent professional. Rarely do you meet such kind and professional people. Congratulations to all the store staff. You are an example.

Stopped in here to get a cologne for my husband & even though it was out, a very polite person (his name started with an R, a general Spanish name, I knew I’d forget it.) tried to show it to me online so I’d find the right one. The store was well kept & smelled good! Will definitely be dragging my husband here when we come back lol Thanks!

Bad bad bad experience, this past Sunday I was enjoying my day at Disney Springs. I’m from Colombia and I love Lacoste but this store in Disney I don’t recommend. 4 associates working, only 2 customers and nobody came to help me. They were too busy using their cellphones and flirting with each other. I went to ask for a size and the manager was rude and unprofessional. He noticed that my English was not good and he just made fun of my accent. He was Hispanic possibly Mexican with tattoos and beard, rude rude rude team.

Don’t go to this store it’s a mess

The minute I walked in the store the female sales associate gave me the dirtiest look as if I wasn’t allowed in the store lol.
I was asking some questions & got attitude back the whole entire time & even got a few eye rolls.
Made my purchase and still nothing but attitude from her.
Disgusting customer service.

Be careful when buying! They place several pieces (2x 119.00) on the same island giving a discount and when paying they say that the piece is not part of the discount (but they don't specify which pieces they are!). If you don't pay attention, you don't even realize! This is not correct here in the United States! There is law here! The manager himself has this abusive posture! An absurdity!

I recently visited the Disney Springs store and was pleased with the service and recommendations provided. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Sarilys helped me the whole time with buying a pair of glasses and she was very rude and didn’t want to answer my questions pretending to hear me and make me feel welcome.she didn’t even look me in the eyes except when to pay… she just set the sun glasses on the floor and didn’t help me she just was very unprofessional even my girlfriend who is the nicest person said she was rude and that’s rare just felt like it was a very bad vibe and she needs to be talked to or trained again. She didn’t even clean them after I asked for her to cause I didn’t know how to properly and just gave me the little wipe and said here. Also went on her phone while helping me on the floor very nasty. Thank you for the glasses tho just not the service take care!

Associates are not friendly and are texting while working, Store looks horrible a complete mess. Prefer the outlets or millennia, nicer associates a no mess.

A few weeks ago I bought some sneakers at the Disney Spring store, I was looking for something really comfortable to walk the whole day in the parks. Although a specific model caught my attention, the girl who attended me, Sarilys, insisted that I try this pair because they are super light and comfortable. After buying them I had not had the opportunity to use them but this past weekend I used them and I do not regret the decision I made when buying them, also the store had a 40% discount so I got them at a comfortable price.

I IMMENSELY APPRECIATE the girl recommendation. She was very patient, kind and really knew what she was offering. I'm in love with this shoes!

I recently came in the store to buy a gift for my boyfriend and one of the managers was EXTREMELY helpful! I believe her name was Rose. She was a very good listener and was very knowledgeable about the product. Thank you so much Rose! I will be sure to call ahead and ask for you prior to coming in! It was literally like having a private shopper!

Terrible! There was two attendant and both were very rude! I wanted to buy 3 T-shirts but I gave up just because how rude they were with me. Is not my fault that they have to work on holidays I wasn’t asking them any favor.they shouldn’t being work with attending people!

Bad service, never going back to this store. Female associate short curly hair should learn English and be little more customer oriented.

Really like the selection and enjoy their clothing. Runs very small, though. Buy 1 to 2 sizes larger than usual.
