Horrible and unbelievably rude staff! Friends recommended me this place and I thought it was someone specific they went to (a female) so when the gentleman went to sit down to do my nails I simply said “Oh I thought I booked with the lady? Because I’m just picky” and they refused service! They said I can go somewhere else! Completely unprofessional attitude and you loss out on a very loyal customer! I just like to be honest about how I am because it’s always tough finding a good nail tech and I like my nails done a certain way, especially if they recommended me to someone specific. So unfortunate!

Terrible customer service. They treated me rudely and didn"t care about my business nor my other 2 family members who went regularly.

Amazing services! They listen to all my nails request and did an amazing job with my tips with dip nails! Definitely will return! ️

I love this place! I usually don't like when my nail tech works fast because they never end up doing a good job. But these people, they do an amazing job super fast worth the drive!

Red is the absolute best! I am never disappointed! He works hard to recreate every crazy design I show him from Instagram (the results are often better then the original!) the prices are sooooo reasonable! I drive from Broward to Miami every 15 days just to get my nails done by him!

Its a shame to see so many bad reviews. I've been coming here for about 3 months now schedule my appt. Every 2 weeks through text. I've never been upcharged for anything ridiculous such as a new shape. As a matter a fact i told my nail technician that my wedding finger nail on both hands is sensitive in one corner and the technician is very considerate and gentle when doing my nails. They are both so polite with me and always meet expectations with my nails. Wether is ombre. Dip. Gel. Everything and all their work comes out beautiful! Aside from the bad reviews i would recommend them everytime

I feel bad for the negative comments because this place is a really hidden gem. During the pandemic I have to continue working and my nails always need to be perfect. I work with high upscale clients, so I always need to be clean cut.

My friend recommended this place and since the first day I received great results. The manager and his wife were very accommodate to me and my mom. I bring pictures or samples of nails, and I mean am very picky and demanding. They have always done exactly what I requested. Their designs are amazing, and the gentleman is very creative.

So coming from a very demanding customer, I have never received nothing but the best from both owners. I highly recommend

I also gave my step daughter as a gift for her 15th birthday her nails and she loved them. Green and gold in the pic. Mine are the gray and clear.

Oh and I forgot to mentioned the set last me 4 weeks.

This is the most unprofessional place I've been to in Miami (and that says a lot). I stopped coming here for a while after I had a bad experience With them on another occasion where they seemed to be in a bad mood because there was a lot of people waiting, although they didn't make appointments. Today I had an appointment at 1 PM, they texted me at 12: 20 PM to ask me to come earlier, I immediately left my house I live pretty far. I parked at 12: 53 and I was on the phone with my son so I was in my car for TWO minutes before walking it. As soon as I walked in, they told me they would not do my nails because I didn't come in and I was sitting outside in my car, mind you my appointment was at 1 PM and they asked me to come earlier, and I left immediately it just took me time to dry. I explain to them that I was on my phone with my son and I had only been in the parking lot for two minutes before coming in. He said he didn't care, that he didn't want to do my nails. So I left.

Terrible service and disrespect in the way things are communicated.

It is 1: 03p as I am writing this message. Bad business, don't give them your money.

I called earlier today to ask about pricing to fix one nail and before I could finish my sentence the receptionist Kayla interrupted me and said they cannot give the pricing over the phone. I asked her why she didn't let me finish my sentence because my question was "how much is it to fix one broken toenail" I went a week ago to get my toes done and my nail shouldn't be broken. So I just wanted to know the price. KAYLA hung up on me. I called back and she let the phone ring, I called again and the same thing. I called a third time and she forwarded my call to the voicemail. I left a voice mail. I gave my friend the number to the nail spa and she got an answer right away, she even asked for the name of the receptionist and she said KAYLA. So I call back and ask for a manager, KAYLA says why who is this. I polity say " well I was speaking to someone and they rudely hu in the middle of my question and I would like to speak to a manager. She said " I already told you no pricing over the phone" I said mam I would like to speak to a manager. KAYLA says " no manager" and hung up the phone. I am so upset that this place has such a rude and disrespectful person answering their phone calls. People like KAYLA will make a business that has great nail techs lose customers. There was no reason for her to be rude to me and hanging up on me multiple times. I understand if I was being rude and nasty but I wasn't. I wonder if the calls are recorded that would be wonderful. Please respect paying customers because their are A LOT of other nail spas that have respect for their customers unlike your employee KAYLA.
