We found Ladybird after my oldest was in another daycare that was terrible. The teachers have been very attentive and always keep me in the loop as to how my children are doing. I love that they have cameras so I can look in on the kids at any time. I also love that they use an app that gives updates for my child’s day and pictures. It’s very easy to message the teachers and they’ve always been very responsive. Any time I’ve had a concern, the ladies in the front have been on it and will check into it for me with follow up usually the same day. My oldest has learned so much being here and they’ve prepped him so well for kindergarten. I’m so happy that my youngest is following in his footsteps. I absolutely love this daycare. It’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our boys.

My granddaughter has been coming to the daycare since she was 6 weeks old. The teachers are very informative and loving. We have had a great experience at this school and we look forward to watching her grow up there.

LADYBIRD ACADEMY WAS THE WORST DECISION I’VE EVER MADE FOR MY CHILD!

My child started attending this day care almost two months ago and I should have payed attention to all the red flags from day one, but I was told that all children cry their first week. He was ignored a lot, I went to day care with concerns almost daily. About half a month settling in, my child started coming home with bruises and scratches. I went to day care multiple times questioning “what happened” and was told that he is just being a child. Few days ago my child fell from the table and ended up with a huge contusion on his forehead, it was so swelled that they asked me to pick him up and take him to the doctor. No one has ever gave me a report. When I asked to see the footage from the day of the accident, they refused. After threatening them multiple time with a legal action and calling corporate, they finally gave in and showed me the footage. I saw my child climbing a table, then falling hard, running to the teacher in tears, just for teacher to look at him and walk away. Are you kidding me? The laziest “teachers” I’ve ever seen in general. Sometimes one of the most expensive daycares in one of the greatest areas don’t mean that you are getting the best care. I took Cristian out immediately and we transferred to another day care where they actually do their job.

This is a horrible place for your kid!
The employees are lazy and you can see through the cameras they screaming with your soon!
The Teacher Mary most time is just seated yelling to your kid or at the tablet. Sometimes she pretends she is doing something!
They say they have a program, but they do not!
You pay a lot of money to let your kid adrift!

There was a review said the employee here is lazy, I would say they are not only lazy, they are also fake. My son was in toddler’s classroom, they pretend very nice to your kids when being front of you, after that, they ignored and being rude to my son especially for the last two days before he left.
The teachers here doesn’t have any skill to treat different kids, they don’t have any knowledge about children’s psychology, and they don’t even want to learn some.
If your kid is new there, don’t expect the teacher hold them or help them involve, they will just let the kid cry till they are tired.
And how lazy they are? Some teacher most time just seating there yelling the kids don’t do this, don’t do that, sometimes they just like throw the kids into their chair, I can feel how impatient they are through camera.
I even don’t know what kind of people can be qualified for being the teacher here, when the table play time is finished, why don’t you ask them can you put the toys back instead of grab it from their hands? When you give them snack, why don’t you say here is your cookie instead of throw it on the table?
The facilities is good here, but you still feel cold in this place, most teacher here looks not happy with their job, they seems like just have to work because they need the paychecks, they don’t really like kids.

My child attended this daycare for the past two years, until last week, unfortunately I had to remove him from this environment due to issues that were not handle properly by the school Director. My child was hit, bitten, scratch and bullied by the same kid for several months, the incidents were reported several times and the only answer I received is that they couldn’t do anything. I spoke to the Director and kindly asked her to transfer my child to another room but she didn’t. Last week my child was finally injured by the same kid in his face causing him to bleed and now have a scar. I brought to the attention to the director once again and her solution to the problem was take out your child out of the school now.
I will not recommend this place to any parent I. Their right mind, their fees are high and the increases out of control without proper notification, they increase the fees to cover expenses that should not be cover by the i.e to buy umbrellas and for salary increases for teachers who are not paying attention to what the children are doing.
The ratio of kids to teachers is 1 to 12 or 1 to 13. Definitely not a safe environment.

Awful, Poor and extremely non humane. The director of the place is more concerned about what rules are being followed by the parents and a 2 year old rather than approaching a situation with solution mindset. Even if a baby is being hit or bitten by another one in class, the director throws the rule book on your face saying we will tackle that but please call when you see that happening on cam. All that they are concerned about is the money. If you have an alternative, please save your kid from this hell!

Fine establishment, friendly staff, nice teachers BUT parents be warned: their grace period if you’re late is basically zero. I was just charged $22.00 for being 8 minutes late. I’m m in the wrong profession, I need a job as a Ladybird Academy human daycare time machine because that’s just wild. Essentially at this rate if you have a work emergency, face unusual traffic etc you will pay in excess of $80 for 30 minutes.

There are plenty of high quality daycares in the area that offer at least 5-15m grace periods before the price gouging begins.

But overall if you don’t mind this fact, they are probably one of the more reasonably priced daycares in the Dr. Phillips area.

Absolutely loved having my son at this location! The staff is incredibly kind and thoughtful. The lovely ladies in the infant room- Maria and Jessica, took fantastic care of my 4 month old little boy. We changed care providers for personal reasons, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time with Lady Bird Academy. I trusted these women each day with my baby and would let them care for him again. Thank you ladies for loving him while I was working!

Wonderful nurturing and educational environment - would 100% recommend for any family looking for quality daytime care for their little ones. The staff is friendly and regularly communicate with parents. They offer an app so that you can be notified of all daily events and also you can pay for webcam access to watch the days activities.

They have even accommodated my little ones physical therapy sessions and developmental delays.

The best daycare you could ever wish for!

We LOVE this location! I was a new mom bringing her child to daycare of the first time and it was hard. Ms. Ana and Ms. Jen in the infant room are INCREDIBLE. They truly care for your child like they are your own. The cameras help put your mind at east as well. We drove 45 minutes just to go to this daycare because of how great they are.

Hello, I'm writing this for my same family home mommies! The Dr. Phillips location is not a school I recommend for a child from a same sex family home! Yesterday they had a Father's Day event and instead of creatively finding a way to not make that child feel any different they made her feel weird and left without a dad! I cried when I picked her up and saw how she looked so alone! And was alone sitting on the floor. They somehow creatively find ways to make everyone else comfortable why couldn't they do the same for a child' that may not have a second parent at home. I had my daughter via Ivf and my daughter shouldn't feel bad for it from her school! Nor should I have to go pick up my child from school and see how sad she is. I'm disgusted and I honestly want to pull my daughter out of this school but I know she likes it here. But that was so tasteless! She should have never felt like that. She could of had a deceased dad.anything.that was so distasteful! I will be reporting this to coporate.
