Lago Bello Apartments, Tampa FL

Do not be a tenant here management is rude, disrespectful and crooks. I lived here for three years and went under more than five different leasing companies, in that amount of time, neither one has ever fixed any of the damages in my apartment when I moved in, I had to clean out my own unit promised that I would be compensated but I was not. Ducks are violent and defecate all over the sidewalk neighbors are so nosy not to mention there is a bunch of illegal activity going on in the neighborhood. Bad neighborhood don’t recommend the first couple of months I lived there. I had someone vandalized my vehicle And tried to break into my home put mayonnaise all under my car doors. Sarah head of management at the time of moving out is so rude to all of the tenants please this place is not safe for anyone children, please do not move here. It flooded in my apartment twice a bunch of my things got ruined, and they never once reimbursed me on my damages. There’s a termite infestation and mold, growing out of the units. Termites destroyed my property when I moved out they charge me $40 for blinds that literally only costed $10 not to mention they were already torn prior to moving in

Update: I have been renting here for 3 years now, every thing has been fixed. I appreciate Gammy, she is very nice. Very helpful and is always in a friendly mood.

Original review: I’ve been renting here for almost 2 years now, it’s quiet for the most part but I do have neighbors that are loud and very noisy. Nothing major happens here, Hopefully with the new management there will be some changes coming in the apartment complex.

Everyone here is amazing! Maintenance take care of you quickly! I never had any issues living here. This is my 2nd year here! I appreciate u guys so much for everything u do to help! If ur looking for a good place to stay! I would recommend this place for sure!

I have been here over 10 years and have had little trouble with disturbances from residents. Quiet neighbors also that don't bother you.

Since Lago Bellos new owners took over it has been a breath of fresh air. They've taken the initiative with fixing up the apartments such as new paint, roads, pot holes etc. But most importantly they take their time to help their tenants. Gammy and Sarah are the two lovely ladies who are the new face of Lago Bellos leasing office and I just have to say they are amazing! Gammy Is very warm and welcoming and sooo easy to talk too. She is a go getter and makes sure you leave with a smile. Ms. Sarah works hard in the background but if she needs to get in an help she is definitely on it! This is by far my favorite leasing agents at Lago Bello! Do not be afraid to stop by and say hello. They have truly helped me with some things here at the apartments, simply taking the time to listen and note our account accordingly. Finally some consistency and communication. Thank you so very much to the both of you for all you do and more! Most times many tenants are use to not being heard or pushed under the pile as another file but finally it doesn't feel that way

Angel Rios is OG and has a heart of gold, he will do whatever he can to ensure you're taken care of to the best of his abilities and in the name of recovery he does whatever is in his power. He can't do it all, but what he can do he does well. Elvin and Pascual are quick to respond to work orders. ResiMgt has done a better job than the last two management companies, and I feel like by this time next year, they will be able to catch this property up enough for it to be worth bottom of market value, however. They aren't very respectful when it comes to sensitive resident relations. It'd be ideal if they recognized that many of their residents, by the time they escalate to their level of management, have already reached what they feel like is their wits end of processes. Sometimes in the name of customer service, reasonable accommodations in dire situations should be considered. In recent interactions, they made it very clear they care less about me as a person and the sanctuary of my home, and more about the amount I pay them. Which. I understand the industry, but from a humanitarian standpoint.is pretty gross.

I wouldn't have spoken to someone the way Kerri Bullock spoke to me. If a manager from ResiMgt would like to see the emails, and get some background on the situation, I'll be happy to discuss.

Angel is Awesome! Very friendly and got me approved and moved in by the time I needed to! Thanks for mgmt having someone who is knowledgeable, clear and concise on what is needed and works quickly and efficiently. I am HAPPY so far!
