We had phenomenal service with our driver Rhomans. He was our tow driver 2 times and was prompt, personable and went above and beyond to actually contact discount tires to give them a heads up about my car situation.we highly recommend using this company. Very reliable and trustworthy. We will definitely be using again if ever needed.

About two weeks ago, I was driving up the turnpike in the rain at dusk. Out of nowhere, a tire came bouncing across the highway and I hit it. My tire went flat and I did not have a spare (stupid, I know). I called AAA and they connected me to Lake County Tow. The dispatcher was super nice (female, I didn't get her name). I wasn't checking the time, but the tow truck showed up much sooner than I expected. My driver was Israel Delgado. Such an incredible person! His first priority was getting me out of the rain and into the truck. He dropped the car at a tire shop and then drove me an extra mile to a hotel. I was back on the road the next day by 9. Thank you so much, Israel!

I am so grateful to Pete at Lake County Tow for such kind and courteous service! This was my first personal experience with a towing service and I was in an area I'm not familiar with. Pete was able to fix the problem I was having so that I would be able to drive home safely. I so appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Lake County Tow to anyone in the area who needs assistance.

So, I had to have my truck towed twice today and thankfully I had the coverage to do so. My truck died on me while I was out on the road driving back from groveland. It wouldn’t restart so I had to set up a request. Truly I was blessed to be connected with Lake County Tow! Their response time is AMAZING! Their communication and professionalism and just overall courtesy level are phenomenal! I felt like I was talking to friends during my ride to Walmart by Romans. And because I had to still tow my truck to another shop because we found out it is the starter that needs replacing, Nathan was assigned and I couldn’t have been more thankful for him being my 2nd driver. These two are true angels! I am so grateful that they were assigned to me. I was already so very on the edge with everything and living alone doesn’t make things easier and with no one around to come save you. But I was truly blessed to be connected with these two sweet souls! Thank you thank you thank you! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!

Jerry went out of his way to find us in the back trails of the Withlacoochee forest. He made sure we made it back to an asphalt road before leaving us. I would highly recommend.

This was my first truck towing. They were very caring make sure of me n my husband got back home safe.never seen a tow truck so.caring as they were. I’m truly Thank them for coming helping us. I will use them again if anything happens to my truck

Yesterday was my 2nd time to need tow service. Both occasions my roadside company contacted LCT and they immediately called me, texted me when they arrived in about 10-15 minutes. I do not recall the gentleman's name that helped me a few years ago, but yesterday it was Nathan. Both gentlemen were proficient at their task and very courteous. But what really stood out to me most is both times it was the same issue, the gear shifter was not engaging, and both times they literally crawled under the vehicle to try and fix it from below, and take the cover off from the top to see what had disconnected, and essentially save me the trip and cost of repair, (which unfortunately still had to be fixed). Neither of them had to do that. They just took it upon themselves to try to do the right thing. That's really says alot about integrity to me. Being a business owner myself, I know the importance of public praise, and detriment of public disgruntlement. It's never a fun time to need a tow, so they probably get the brunt of it at times. I'm happy you are part of the community. I would recommend this company hands down.

This was my first personal tow truck experience needed and well I'm extremely pleased. Very friendly and efficient on the phone with a time estimate & price. I was told about 30 mins and maybe 18 mins later Pete arrives with a quickness & a smile. I instantly felt comfortable and impressed with the clean new truck and his polite service. I highly recommend and will be saving for my personal tow truck service again. Thank you for helping make an uncomfortable situation safe and simple.

From the time I reported we needed help to the time the car was dropped off was less than 1 hour. Very professional. I will definitely use again.

Terrible customer service. They claim to do everything by "the book" but then cannot show you any laws or statutes that they claim exist. Then proceeded to damage the vehicle on purpose out of spite. I feel sorry for anyone that gets their car impounded by them.

Rico came and fixed the problem with my Tesla car. Very pleasant and knowledgeable man. Very honest. He could have charged me a lot of money, but he refused payment. He is the BEST!
