Both my husband and myself are patients. My heart sees Dr Modona and I see Jennifer Pollard. We both love Lake ENT They’re very efficient and give us great service and care

Dr Milstead has been such a blessing for me & did an amazing job on my sinus surgery. She is incredibly skilled and very intelligent. The staff is always very kind & makes me feel welcome everytime. They are very understanding. Highly reccomend.

My husband needed hearing aids & we went to Lake ENT. Amanda is absolutely AMAZING! If I could give her more stars, I would! She gave him a thorough test, worked around our schedule, explained everything in detail, and has been patient, understanding and professional! I can’t say enough nice things about this experience! I highly recommend her for any of your hearing needs!

If I could rate it a negative 20 stars I would. They are racist and unprofessional. I had an appointment 2: 45 they asked me to arrive 30 min prior. I arrived at 1: 45 signed on the paper my name, appt time (2: 15), and arrival time 1: 45. Asked where the bathroom is. The lady told me to sign in and she will be with me for paperwork, and showed me where the BR was. I sat 45 min. She never called me up for paperwork. Called every elderly individual after me except two people of the same race as me. I went back up she tells me I never signed in. Then tells me after finding the sign in that I have to reschedule because I didnt sign in until 2: 15. When she saw she was wrong after rudely stating to me. Then tried to apologize and tell me she can fit me in. Such bad business and I will NEVER recommend or send business to them because I work healthcare too and its obvious they are VERY INCOMEPTENT.

What a delight to be seen promptly! The doctor I saw was an excellent teacher and was succinct in his evaluation and future plans for me. 5 stars plus!

My total experience was with Dr. Brink and he is very pleasant and understanding. He gave me easy explanations to my specific problem and never rushed me in any way. Very professional attitude he had. He answered all my questions without hesitation and even totally explained what and how to control my balance issues that I was having. Put me totally at ease. The best doctor I have encountered since moving to the area 8 years ago. I would recommend him to everyone.

The staff was also very good pleasant to both me and my husband.

From being evaluated medically for hearing issues such as tinnitis, one can then see the audiologist who will do a complete hearing test to evaluate your body's ability to hear. You will get immediate results, see them and have it all explained to you clearly.
If there is a possibility that a hearing aid might help you hear better, there are some CLEAN demo models there that can be temporarily adjusted to your needs, so you can experience what life would be like with them. Your appointment allows enough time to ask all the questions you (and your spouse) want to ask.
I had hearing aids purchased elsewhere and they were ok but one fell apart. I absolutely LOVE my new ones! I can hear everything! I can hear the birds outside again, and our windows are closed. I can hear my soft-spoken friend again without her using her outside voice. But best of all is answering my cell phone by tapping my ear, and not having to hold the phone - to my ear or even close by. I can listen to things online without disturbing anyone else in the room - great for waiting rooms!
I'm not here to sell hearing aids, although I do love mine. But I urge you - if you have a problem or concern with your ears, nose, or throat, these people are the ones to see! (I had a throat and a nose issue as well, both dealt with by different MDs in the practice.). AND the front desk people are wonderful - and patient!

Very unprofessional and uncoordinated staff. Upon arriving to my appointment, they cancelled it due to the doctor not being in the office? Not sure how that is the case when I got the call to confirm it the day before. Very unsatisfied.

Everyone on staff was warm and welcoming. Dr Moak was wonderful and made sure to fit me in for a follow up. I highly recommend Lake ENT.

The Leesburg office needs extensive training in customer service! I have waited month for this appt and was told to reschedule (waited a MONTH for this appt) after wasting 10 min driving around a maze of medical bldgs while on the phone. Once I arrived, per receptionist directions, I was told I would have to reschedule because I was late for my appt! UNACCEPTABLE! There was NO offer for me to wait to be worked in. NO consideration for the patient. I will tell EVERYONE I know to NEVER use the Leesburg office. Dr offices don't mind making the patient wait in the waiting room past the appt time, but we are expected to be there to sit and wait for a Dr who is NEVER on time!

So I was hesitant to visit this office as a new patient because of the low rating. I have worked in the medical field for over 10 years and I know that you definitely want to check with your insurance to make sure the office is in network before visiting and also what testing is covered. So I'm almost positive those bad reviews were from patients that had no idea of any of that.

Now for my experience there was absolutely wonderful from the time I got there till the time I left. Paperwork was a breeze, I was pulled back at the time of my appointment, the nurse was wonderful and waited with my two kids as they tested me, and then the provider Jennifer was awesome! She took her time with me and was very patient with my 3 year old whom likes to speak a lot!

I recommend Lake ENT just double check with your insurance to make sure they are in network and what testing is covered. And as always you have a right to deny testing until you find out what your plan covers and at what cost.

First visit yesterday. The front office was thorough and polite. I saw Jennifer Ferguson who was very helpful and explained everything in detail to me. I was at the villages. Lady Lake off. I will be seeing her again. Very compassionet and caring.
