Anther year update well Sometimes the maintenance guys have a little attitude when they come in my house I had to tell one of them to get out my house not Micheal or the other 2 but the one that looks like Micheal crystal seems ok but she’s a little smart mouth the manager is awesome so nice but the entire staff are fast and fix things that needs to be fix again loveeee lake Kathy just stop coming in my house with a attitude that I will not Tolerate.

I am so disappointed with these apartments! The office are nice women that work there and that are knowledgeable! But when it comes down for them to fix something in your apartment it’s never on time my a/c broke down 3 weeks ago on a Friday guy came and said ok I’ll be back never came back I called the office and the lady informed me that the work order says he fixed it. Which that was incorrect. He later called my phone and told me it takes a couple of hours for the cold air to start working. Fast forward to today I called the emergency line because when they give you your contact they give you a paper which informs you what is an emergency maintenance and what is not. Paper says if your a/c reads 80 and over it’s an emergency. Now i called the emergency maintenance line and the tech called me asked what’s the problem I explained and he said the company changed that policy and it’s not an emergency. Which I never received an email of this change. Any and every change these apartments do they inform us with an email. Honestly I know this is a low income but damn I feel like these workers don’t want to work! I have two kids which have a skin condition specially, with the heat. This is unacceptable! But if your late with your rent one day they will hunt you down.

Customer service is outstanding. I don't have an apartment here, but everyone in the front office were very kind to me. Thanks

Not so clean. A lot of kids that dirty and don't clean after them self. People that don't read do not park here!

I don't live here I was just doing a moving job but the lady whose apartment I was moving furniture for had a very nice 2 bedroom apartment. Just didn't like the fact that it didn't have an elevator.

Elizabeth and crystal were such an amazing help when i first moved in. The application process was smooth and easy. They both kept communication about my application and letting me know important things that i needed to know. They are both amazing workers and i look forward to enjoying my new home thanks to them!
