Beautiful spot to enjoy nature. Tons of wildlife to photograph. You won't have to walk far. Saw a family of turkeys not even 500 ft up the trail. The creek is beautiful makes you feel like you are in another world. Trail is well cared for but when I went the grass was getting a bit high. Horseflies and mosquitos were out in force. Definitely bring bug spray. Gonna re hike it when the weather cools a little.

Checked out this place for a unique kayaking adventure. Launch area is muddy. Creek is narrow but passable to the north. Bring boots or we put plastic bags over our water sports to launch. Quite shaded, may need bug spray.
