I saw Dr. Bell and I would highly recommend! I was in excruciating pain when I arrived due to previous dental work. I had my initial appointment and an extraction same day, about 2 hours apart which was great for me since I needed it takes care of ASAP. I wish the receptionist was a little bit on the friendlier side and she forgot to mention that if you pay cash you get a discount. In my situation that was about $30. Every penny counts! But overall I would go back, if needed

Dr. Azizi and his staff provided professional and affectionate customer service. I had three wisdom teeth removed and the customer service of the staff was astonishing from the time I booked the appointment to the day of surgery. Dr. Azizi is the sweetest ever! He made me feel safe and secure and also called me pumpkin the whole time. When I awoke from the procedure I felt little to no pain. Awesome job and thank you!

I went to see Dr. Izizi because immediately after getting surgery done by another doctor I started getting saliva blisters over the scar and painful tongue swelling that heals and starts over after a few days. Dr. Izizi told me that he knows the other doctor, that he is a good surgeon, and that the blisters in my mouth have nothing to do with the surgery (he mentioned that it wasn't related to the surgery before even looking at it) but that the blistering was caused my vaping and asthma medication. I vaped for years and taken that medication on and off all my life and never had a blister in my mouth. Started getting them right over the wound after the surgery so I don't understand how he came to that conclusion and he would not explain. I haven't vaped or needed my inhaler in a while and the problem hasn't gotten any better. I found out that he consulted with the original doctor before seeing me. That explains why he seemed decided before even seeing me.

Dr. Azizi and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. We were referred to him by my primary dentist when my son needed his wisdom teeth removed. We visited the Lake Mary office which was a convenient location. Of course I was a nervous mom and worried about the whole procedure, but Dr. Azizi was thorough and made both me and my son feel comfortable and at ease. I was so pleased and surprised to receive a follow up call from him the day after my son’s procedure, which went really well. He called to check in to see how my son was doing and to answer any questions. Everyone was helpful and addressed my concerns. If you are looking for an oral surgeon I highly recommend Dr. Azizi.

I should give one star, but the young lady who explained the costs to me, and another young lady who brought me in just before Dr. Azizi was very nice. The young lady at the desk, she wasn't polite, nor was she friendly. She barely spoke to my mother and I, but she was at least somewhat professional, and very patient. I'm guessing because it was 8 am, they were probably tired. I haven't even had my wisdom teeth pulled yet, which was pushed back so far I'm gonna cancel, and here is why. Dr. Azizi did not make me feel comfortable, he did not make me feel welcomed. I was just another number. He spoke so fast when he was explaining my X-Ray and what was going on with my teeth (which isn't a major con, but to anyone else, they would have asked him to slow down. I talk fast anyway, so I caught almost everything). I just felt like I was in the way to these people, not like a client. I was practically crying in front of Dr. Azizi as he was telling me all the details, "This tooth is infected, they all gotta come out. " maybe he didn't see it, but as a human being I would have stopped speed talking and asked "Are you ok? I see tears in your eyes. " "Everything is gonna be fine. " I get major, MAJOR anxiety when it comes to doctors/dentists, etc. I had to get a tooth pulled once and couldn't stop shaking on the recliner chair, it was so bad. I've been avoiding my wisdom teeth removal for years, which is not a great idea, point is nervous is not the word. You really have to be conscious of people when it comes to dealing with people & their physical body, everyone's different. Again, I have not had the surgery yet, I scheduled it a MONTH AGO! I don't understand why, although it was around the holidays so that's a big factor, but imagine my anxiety each day. I'm going somewhere else, it's clearly about money, not people. Yes! Get paid for what you do, but I'm over here crying at the information while you're telling me to sign the dotted line.

I guess my biggest issue is, if I get anesthesia I want my mom OR dad in the room, but they would not allow it. I get it, but I'm asking for my own comfort, it will calm me down a good 50 notches, but they said no. I get it, can't have but so many people in the room. I guess I gotta find a doctor that will allow his patients to feel comfortable, make them feel welcome, etc, not just dollar signs.

Unfortunately I have had to have several teeth pulled and I have visited multiple dentist offices but The phenomenal Dr. Abdul Azizi, his assistant Laura which is also a recent nurse graduate, the medical assistant Ashley that sits at the front desk and welcomes everyone in with a smile, and the rest of the staff at Lake Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery are by far the best. I had to have my wisdom tooth removed and I was very nervous at first but Laura helped calm me down by reassuring me that everything would be ok. She spoke to me in a calm, professional, and polite voice which sparked up a conversation and made me feel comfortable enough to finally relax. When Dr. Azizi entered the room he politely explained everything he was going to do before proceeding to surgically remove my lower right wisdom tooth and I honestly did not feel any pain or discomfort at all. I would definitely recommend Lake Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery to any and everyone that’s looking for a great oral surgeon that works with the most pleasant and respectful staff, and is located in a nice and clean office/area.
