Lake Tivoli Apartments, Kissimmee FL

I love lake tivoli, but I do have one problem and that is that all buildings don't have a number I have important packages delivered to other apartments because of this I lost money because people don't have courtesy to bring the package to there rightful owner so please put building numbers on all the building.

I called to verify credit requirements and qualifications and the gentleman who answered the phone was beyond rude. Rudeness and ignorance and I don’t even live there. Imagine how they talk to their residents. Lol nope I’ll spend my money elsewhere

What request? This is the 3rd time I receive this.what do you mean? I haven't request any maintenance.the only thing I request was to remove all bamboos that are always blocking the side walk but maintenance never did.so please don't ask anymore about any request I haven't ask.

I would love to hear the other version, the office version. I have sit-down at that office and play billard, and I have seen how ridiculous the people are, especially when they dont follow the rules. I only have aweaome.things ro say about this place.

Be careful with this company because they are very shady. Make sure to take pictures before you move to confirm the condition the apartment was received or else they will charge you bogus charges to renovate the entire apartment at your expense when you move out. If you don't hear from them within the month after moving out then go to office. Or else you will be in collections as I was with NO notice at all what so ever, and I've never been in collections. Make sure to keep paper trail just in case, you have been warned.

The apartments are much more expensive than others found in the same area. Anyone who does not live in the community enters the gym and pool without any type of control. The smell of marijuana and loud music is common in the field area and its surroundings, regardless of the fact that it is a recreation space for children and young people, not just for adults.
It took more than a month to return my deposit and in addition I had to pay an additional full month's rent despite having previously notified my move.

I used to live there, they took so long to give me back my deposit, really high princes, no security in common areas everybody can go in the pool, gym etc. Even if you are not a resident.

The basketball court is closed on weekends. I asked why and they said it’s because of the mess left by residents. Well not everyone is messy but everyone has to pay for it. That doesn’t seem fare. The staff is complaining about cleaning a playground or basketball court but it’s what u get paid for on the weekends to empty out the trash around the facility and attend last minute work orders. I use to work in an apartment complex I know this for a fact. I just never seen a place tie up its nets. My son loves playing basketball every day and now he’s limited to other behaviors. We ended up playing across the street at the school basketball court if anyone is looking for a spot. It’s on the little side street just a FYI

The maintenance service was excellent, it was attended to on time and everything was well fixed.

Not only the court the pool is u. Total disaster and incidentally anything they want to charge you more for everything absolutely everything
