Best Dentist I have ever been to. The care team is amazing, they take your oral health personal and treat you like one of there own. I look forward to each visit, it’s like going to see old friends! I had a issue that needed quick care, Lake Wales Dental Group
Scheduled me in a couple days, others wanted months to get me in. I was extremely happy with the professionalism from the office staff to the dentist that treated me.
I Scheduled my next visit and my wife will be Scheduling hers.
They told me about insurance benefits I didn't know were available, no other office ever explained it.
I thought very reasonable prices for my future treatments.
From my experience so far, I recommend their services if in need of professional Dental care.

For over two years now I have been battling severe dental problems. I was going to a dentist that I thought had all the answers. Needless to say I was WRONG. I knew I had to make a change and I found Lake Wales Dental Group in Lake Wales FL my home town. The Dentist, Dental Assistants and office staff are AMAZING. I highly suggest if you are scared of the dentist, had a Bad experiences or you feel like they are just taking your money THEN MAKE THE CHANGE like I did and make an appointment with the Lake Wales Dental Group. You will be Happy you did. The Office is located on 1 doctor Lane Lake

I did a year of research before choosing this dentist's office. I live almost an hour away. I called and spoke to the receptionist and learned a bit about some procedures and practices. They have treated me with kindness, compassion, and awesome service. I've lived most of my life with dental issues and dental anxiety. From the 1st visit, they made me as comfortable as possible, making sure I was confident and knew what they were doing.
I decided to get all on 4 upper fixed implants. I set my appointment, and they gave me something to help my anxiety the day before and the morning of.

Surgery went very well, I don't remember much except how helpful the staff was to make sure I was comfortable and safe before I left with my driver.
My healing went as expected, I was a little sore the first 4 days, but nothing I couldn't handle. After day 4, the pain was almost gone, and the swelling was going down. Each follow-up appointment got easier and easier with the help of and the way the staff treated me.

I will continue going back and recommending Lake Wales Dental to anyone looking for a place that cares about the patient, and that puts their heart into their work. All the staff is wonderful, and they treat their patients like family. They answer any questions asked and explain procedures and options for treatment. They have financing options available, and they are handicap accessible too. Lake Wales Dental is the place to go for all your needs to care for your teeth.

I have to say after 46 years of not going to a dentist because of a really bad experience I can say I have found one that really cares about their patients. From first coming in to actually having you taken care of to the time you walk out the door the staff treats you like a member of the family. They talk to you and really listen to you which is extremely rare anymore. If you want a dentist and there staff that cares this is a terrific place to go.

My dad went there and received excellent care from the dentist to the staff. They were very attentive to my dads situation and they was able to removed his tooth the day of the appointment.

I needed 2 teeth pulled and wanted to be sedated for the process. They got me in very fast for a consultation and X-rays. I returned a week later to have the teeth removed but I messed up and ate prior to coming. They were very kind and offered to reschedule me for the following morning. I enjoyed the playful talking with the staff prior to starting my IV because I can’t remember much after. Lol It was the best tooth extraction experience I have ever had! All of the staff members were so sweet and accommodating.

Came here with my daughter. Love Jill she was so patient and kind and took the time to answer all of my daughters question. Will be back with son my son. Love this place.

Very professional and pleasant people. I have extremely sensitive teeth and they were very careful so that it was almost painless.

Totally impressed with the Dr, his assistant and the 2 front staff. This office is Reasonably priced along with a super friendly staff. I found my teeth a home.

Five stars is not enough! I made an appointment to see Dr. Winderbaum for a second opinion after I was told by another dentist that I needed a crown after a composite filling of a wear pit on a molar broke and I was almost in shock when Dr. Winderbaum told me he could just fill it if it bothered me but I could also just leave it that way because there was no decay! This was especially shocking because two other previous dentists filled it on three separate occasions and the third and most recent dentist told me there was not enough enamel left to fill it when I asked why it could not just be filled again! Dr. Winderbaum has more experience than the last two dentists combined and I have complete confidence he knows what he is talking about. I just wish he had been my dentist all along because if it does not need to be filled now it seems safe to assume it also did not need to be filled the last three times either! It is so refreshing to find such an honest dentist who cares more about doing what is best for his patients than making as much money as possible! Dr. Winderbaum also took the time to explain everything and did not make me feel rushed when I asked questions but the reasons I am so impressed with the Lake Wales Dental Group do not end there! I am also extremely impressed with the office staff and other employees! All those with whom I interacted were all very polite and friendly yet also very knowledgeable and professional. I had to call the office several times to schedule my appointment and then to ask some billing questions and unlike pretty much everywhere you call these days where you need to press a bunch of buttons in an attempt to speak to a human and often end up on hold for an exorbitant amount of time, or having to leave a message you hope they will actually return, my calls to the Lake Wales Dental Group were picked up by a very friendly and knowledgeable human on the first ring each time! Not only that but the office staff appeared to be happy to answer my questions and to help me! I chose to be seen by Dr. Winderbaum partly due to all of the other great reviews as well as the fact that the type of crown material Dr. Winderbaum uses is superior to the weaker and normally less expensive material the previous dentist wanted to use (not in this case though as the estimates I was given were roughly the same and so that is another plus for The Lake Wales Dental Group). Another dental office I had called that was in my insurance network never returned my call and I am so glad they did not as that is why I kept looking around and ended up at the Lake Wales Dental Group! Crowns were not covered by my insurance anyway so it did not really matter that the Lake Wales Dental Group did not take my insurance but I am now looking for a different dental policy that the Lake Wales Dental Group accepts so I will be able to keep coming here for all of my dental needs! I would not feel comfortable going anywhere else after this experience and have not felt this confident in a dentist since my childhood friend's father was my dentist four decades ago and I have seen many different dentists since then! Some were better than others but none can compare to Dr. Winderbaum and the staff at the Lake Wales Dental Group! I HIGHLY recommend them!

I had my first visit with Dr Whinderbaum today. It went great! He has wonderful bedside manners and his staff was awesome. They were also very accommodating, with me being a new patient and in pain. I really appreciate and am grateful for their excellent service!

I am a snowbird, and I chose Lake Wales Dental Group based on a friend's recommendation and the reviews on their website. I needed an appt due to tooth discomfort. They gave me one for 2 days later. I woke up the next day in extreme pain and called to see if they could take me that day. Schedule was full so they put me on call list. Two hours later they called and had me come in at noon that day.
The staff was great! Dr. Winderbaum was thorough.
Dr. Pette was very caring, knowledgeable and professional in taking extra steps to save the tooth.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dental care!

The office is so inviting and Dr. Winderbaum, is an exceptional dentist. He cares and it’s a breath of fresh air. I have see many dentist past through this office and he is one of the best.

New to area and selected this group due to proximity and availability. Within a few weeks both wife and I had 2 appointments. One for exam and second for cleaning. Very professional and friendly service on all accounts. Found our dental group for life.

Although their Periodontal Dr could not help with my problem, the entire staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Hopefully the referral to an Oral Surgeon will fix my issues.

I needed a dentist ASAP just as COVID was starting up and everything was closing down, and the office got me in right away, did a crown prep and even rushed the crown through the lab since I was leaving for up north in 5 days. Since then, I have had nothing but a great experience with this office. Cassie, the office manager and part owner, has worked with me financially when I didn’t have dental insurance and when I did. You cannot go wrong coming here.

On the recommendation of a friend, I made the right decision to come here. I had broke a tooth and did not have a dentist here yet. I saw Dr. Nathan Jones and after the exam, found I needed more dental work than I realized. The second appointment was made and although the day was spent in the dentist chair, the final results exceeded my expectations! Everyone here, the receptionist, office staff & assistants are welcoming and friendly. I believe I have found a dentist. Thank you to you all, I look forward to seeing you again!

Dr. Nathan Jones, his assistant Darcy and the young lady at the front desk were all very nice and professional. I am so happy they were referred to me. They made sure I felt no pain during my procedure. I highly recommend them.

I visited two other dental offices and The Lake Wales dental group was the best one in customer care. I will remain a patient there.
